Restaurant was under construction. Had to rely on solely uber as I was not mobile.

The staff were very kind and helpful my entire stay as I was here recovering post surgery.

No housekeeping during the stay. Too much noise in the room I couldnt sleep, I complained many times nothing happened.

Of the minuses: the window in the room did not open. In the hallway you can smell cannabis, if you are traveling with a child it is not very pleasant.

Pros: Friendly staff. You can stay with animals. You can leave a deposit in cash, which is very convenient. Large parking lot. The room has air conditioning.

I paid for room with kitchen and the one was reserved for me, had a smell of cigarette, i have to change the room and the one they give me, hit didn't have kitchen. So i need my extra money i paid to upgrade room back.

When you first walk into the room the first thing that hits you is the smell of cigarettes. As if someone was smoking in there for the pass year. The parking lot was very tight and not very maneuverable.

The location was fine since it was close to family that I came to visit.

The room was fairly clean, but found a plaster in the corner. I expected there to be at least one pot/pan to cook with, but the kitchen only had mugs. Not useful for a solo traveller from abroad. I paid a lot for the room, hoping to do some cooking but unfortunately that didn’t happen so paid even more money for food.

The staff working at the front desk was really friendly. The room was a good size (I booked a family room as it had a kitchen so there was more than enough space for just me and my pet).

- bathroom door was impossible to close - fan in the bathroom was too noisy and did not seem very effective for the purpose - not a very efficient soundproofing, all noise from the other rooms (above and neighbor) was loudly heard. Had to try to sleep with the TV on, which is not ideal

- large room - very clean - on the house coffee and tea - adjustable room temperature - heater/air conditioning machine was silent - clean bathroom with toiletries

Never clean the room, they didn't housekeeping never, noise is high, It is difficult communicated with the manager, the front desk staff are cold.

Not clean. Not renovated. Very small laundry. All machines work with coins and not credit card/phone. Staff at reception OK, but room service... did not exist for me. No eatery on-site (there is some sort of a bar but I am not sure...). No gym.

Room size is OK. There are some nice cafes in walking distance. Internet good, fast (for a hotel). There is a guest laundry. There are some minimal necessitates on-site, such as ATM, coffee and vending machines (coins).

Room was dirty. Ice bucket missing, no plug to the tub, i said 2 people in the room, they gave 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. People above me sounded like they were throwing dressers at each other all night. No smoking room smelled like a marlborough factory.

I don't think web-staff are responsive. I don't get answers to my questions before arriving. We asked towel change, but a staff bring us bath mats. Not sure it is intentional, but I guess they won't mistake mats for towels ... I also expected every room has a microwave, which is better than an expensive coffee maker.

Receptions are good and kind. Room size is also good. Good location for dining out, buying groceries, and public transportation or driving.
