Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location right off highway. Great for dogs. Can park in front of room. Grass area to walk them. No extra fee for pets.

Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable

Room was good. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was pretty bad. They had no drinking water and didn’t tell us you can’t drink the water in the hotel.

Hotel is being updated (not the problem) but looks like some tiny things like baseboards were missed on the updating list or the housekeepers just don’t care to clean it.
Staff were friendly. Like how pets were free and there was no carpet! We arrived around 2am and check in was quick & easy. The rooms were spacious! Had a room with 2 queens and still had room for dog beds, a playpen and even our luggage.

The room could have been cleaned better. .eg. the floors were dirty.
Customer service was great. The battery in my truck was dead, so the gentleman went to Canadian Tire and bought some jumper cables and got my truck started at no extra charge.

Nice, clean place to stay. I travelled with my dog for one night as she was having surgery in Sudbury and it was nice to find somewhere that allowed pets and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.

The drain stop was not connected under the sink, my husband had to fix it. The towels were not matched or the best repair.
Right off the highway, quiet, they have coffee in the morning. Bed was comfy. The wifi waz giid, it was pet friendly.

The only thing I would complain about was the floor probably hadn't been mopped for several stays, otherwise everything else was clean.
It was convenient for us to stop instead of driving a 10 hour day. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. No carpet which was good

Room is too small and smells of mould, bathroom extremely small although clean, decor and installation a bit outdated could use some updating. The small fridge does not have a freezer, which would help with ice.
The staff were friendly, clean sheets, good AC, the bed was comfortable although a bit too soft for me. Our dog was with us and we had not issues with that . Complimentary coffee in the morning was a pleasant surprise and actually quite good. .

Very convenient location for an overnight while traveling. It’s right on the Trans-Canada, and also quiet with great side roads for a morning run. I appreciated that my dog was welcome. I saw other dogs, and all were well behaved & quiet.

Good value for a decent place to sleep. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We were able to get a room in the back of the building and the room was quiet even though it was close to the highway. It is not a place you will remember. No decor but this is a highway motel.... Bed was comfortable and they had fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I didn’t like having a door to an adjoining room in our room. I didn’t like that light shone around all the edges of that door all night. I didn’t like that the person who stayed in that room arrived in the middle of the night (almost 3 a.m.). If someone is going to arrive that late, maybe they should stay in a room as far as possible from other people so they don’t make noise and disturb other people’s sleep
Good location near Trans-Canada Highway. Fairly roomy. Bedroom area was clean.

The room was fine, very basic though for the price. Not a lot of towels, linoleum floor, which I understand is easier to clean.
It was conveniently located. We were travelling through so it was easy to find. I had to change my reservation and was able to do that so easily.
