The breakfast location was tricky to find! The Pub/Restaurant doesn't benefit from the pool tables.

Breakfast was delicious, but would have really appreciated gluten free bread to have toast. Our waitress at dinner was terrific.

The Indigenous outwork and explanations were very unique and perceived as intentional. The location was excellent and the facilities/rooms lovely. Staff was really polite, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!

The pub/restaurant could've kept the kitchen open later. 9:00 was a bit early and had our whole group rushing back to try and get an order in, some didn't make it in time. We just ordered pizza for our second night wheras we would've spent more time in the pub.

Dinning Experience: Restaurant was crowded with hockey families and noisy (which made it difficult to hear our own conversations & relax). Pool table was also in use. I realize the other restaraunt was closed so maybe that was why?

Hotel decor was very nice. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nicely layed out, spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Location was relatively close to area we were interested in exploring (Cape Scott) (2hrs) It was near a grocery store and outdoor store where we needed to purchase items (bear spray) and gas. Restaraunt in hotel was also convenient to have on site. Food there was pretty good. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was quite good with many hot and cold items and plentiful. (Good new is that I did not hear any kids running up and down halls, it was quiet)

There was nothing to complain about, staff friendly and because I had mobility problems the staff let me in by the side door to the restaurant pub

Our second day, I did not care for the choice of hot food, I believe was was baked beans and some kind o a flat egg , had no idea what it was. Figured it could have been an indigenous creation

Stayed 3 nights in total, and dont mind using towels extra days and sheets but would have liked to receive daily housekeeping for garbage taken out, coffee refilled, and a clean face cloth for last day.

Virtually nothing - although the in house restaurant was not available at the time of our visit. We still had a really good meal in the adjoining pub.

Everything was really good - what a great experience for a short visit. We would love to come back soon.

The floor of our bathroom had not been swept or cleaned and it showed. Otherwise it was a good experience.

We were pleased with our stay in what is a quality hotel. Really beautiful decor with strong First Nations theme. Room and beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the gift shop and it’s art. Breakfast was an improvement on many of the other places we stayed. I would recommend this hotel.

The noise from rooms above and to the sides was not good. We could hear people talking and walking. :-( Restaurant needs help. Food was just ok and breakfast was not as yummy as I expected it to be. Parking was good.

For people who do not have their own transportation, it is too far to walk to the ferry terminal. The room rates are a bit high but the hotel is much nicer than most.

The The hotel is wonderful. The architecture is beautiful, the rooms are decorated very tastefully and are modern and clean. A serve-yourself breakfast offered good variety and was served in a bright, clean dining room. The restaurant on site is also good and the gift shop sells tasteful good-quality items - many of which are designed by Indigenous artists. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and very accommodating as many of their guests arrived late due to the ferry schedule. They organized the rooms so that late arrivals did not disturb sleeping guests which was a great idea!
