Bathroom was Miley around the tub, bathroom had a sliding door instead of regular door. It would close properly and felt like was coming off the mount.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not much better, however we had expected this given that it was a budget hotel, could have been far worse. We had breakfast at the Dennys and it was absolutely awful (poor service, extremely wobbly table, mediocre food). Also there was a convention of some kind and people were congregating and drinking in the halls late into the evening, which was mildly disruptive (we are deep sleepers).

The location was amazing, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was basic but clean with all necessities provided. Room was a comfortable temperature.

Hotel currently under construction, parking lot snow removal was done poorly (1 week post snow fall), this was also the first time I had to pay for parking $7/car. This is my 4th stay here and the first time I was charged for that. Which is just an added cost on an already slightly overpriced stay.

No breakfast in the bldg. 1st room washroom too small and no facility like a bar in shower to prevent falls. Carpeting was buckled. Making for many trips and almost falling.

On the first bill I was charged for parking. I had previously informed them that I did not have a vehicle. After that, the invoice was updated without the parking fee.

The hotel is in a quiet area, away from noise. The room was clean and tidy.

We were on the ground floor & the lock on the sliding door did not work. There was an additional security catch installed but the door could be opened enough to allow anyone with a knife to slip it up and gain entry into the room.

I didn't like that.It looked like somebody had tried to break into my room That they gave me as there was a hole Between the door frame and the door. And as much as they Renovated the hotel... The jobs are unfinished and need to be taken care of.

Conveniently located right off the 401. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I found a cookie that must have fallen between the mattress and the bed frame. It was moldy and been there a while. The cleaning staff should have seen it while making the bed. The only other thing is that the doors rub against the door frames. To open your door you have to push hard or bump it with your shoulder.

Location is good, easy to get to off the 401. Plus easy to get around the city from there.

Bathroom quite tiny. If this was a downtown hotel I could understand charging for parking but at this seemed like a money grab. Back entrance had to walk through water on stairs.

The rooms were not the best! They're trying to update but on the cheap side and with the price of the rooms I would definitely try another hotel next time! Doors were sticky couldn't get it open we thought maybe someone was in there. nothing on the walls.

The door of the room was hard to open or close. My husband had to use force to close it. The hairdryer was defective. I had to go buy one for myself to use. The staff was supposed to check it, but they didn't replace it. It should of have more plugs in the room.

Breakfast is at Denny’s on site which is not to my taste and didn’t keep posted hours. Staff should feel free to recommend Tim Horton’s. Swiss Chalet and others within 10 minute walking distance.

I had some concern with regards to the lock on the room door. The door was very stiff to open and the lock did not work properly unless you really slammed the door. I was assured that it would be fixed.

The problem that we had, it was that the TV apparently didn't work and it was until the second day it was fixed. The coffee machine worked once and we couldn't prepare more than one coffee at the room.

The hotel and staff were very good, they gave us an excellent welcome. Pool and gym was enough for our stay.

Nice to park by your room however the patio door has a sketchy lock on it No attention to detail as we had no shampoo in the bathroom.
