Customer service was average. The facilities are quite dated. Phone didn't work. Staff weren't particularly helpful. Dining options were extremely limited.

I liked how the room was set up with the sofa bed in its own alcove. It gave privacy to the guest sleeping on the sofa bed.

There were some things about the room that need fixing (sink drain) but the follow-up call by the desk allowed me to state the issues. Housekeeping didn’t supply face cloths & a bath mat but I requested face cloths at the desk and used an extra towel for the mat. I am in total agreement of using soap, lotion, and shampoo dispensers but I had trouble getting the soap one to work.

Room could be cleaned better. Noticed stains on sheets and towels. There are black molds in the shower and the shower curtain was smelly. The hot tub was great except it is enclosed and there is no ventilation. So, lots of condensation inside since it was very cold outside. The ceiling was dripping water.

For the price you can do better for less at the Knights inn up the road. Cold lighting (cool temp fluorescent bulbs) no nice touches to room. No desk, small TV, noisy heater/air con. Toilets very noisy on some sort of cycle throughout the night.

Nothing stands out. Staff are nice. Beds are ok. rooms are just average.

The bathroom walls were a bit dirty, shower tap made very strange sound when you turn it on.

The location is very convenient and the room I got was very nice and comfortable for the price I paid. Beddings and towels were clean and comfortable. The hotel has very good restaurant where we had our breakfast for 2 mornings and dinner for 1 night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was prefect for my work training and walkable to plenty of food and stores. Front desk were friendly and responsive to any questions or needs.

Heat conditioner worked so so loudly, can't to sleep. Don't have cattle 🤣🤣. Elevator not worked. But everything was not to bad.

Check in was a slow process. Room 101 is right near a secure exit, however the door does not shut automatically which ensues a horrible beeping sound until the door is shut. This kept us up most of the night as unfortunately the hotel was filled with heaps of teenage girls from a volleyball comp who where being teenagers being loud and leaving the external door open. The hotel gave us some hotel credits for the inconvenience, but would asked to be moved if you get given this room.

It was cheap, and clean and it had parking for our 24ft RV.

Staff had upside down name tag. My husband asked for room key during checkin as daughter was tired. Staff said no until all paperwork is done. They could have given room key and kept ID for a bit.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. We notified the front desk about it but no effort was made to clean the pointed-out area. Additionally, after traveling 5 hrs 30 mins from Jasper National Park when we checked in, there were no face/bath towels available in the room and we had to request the front desk to provide them.

Bathroom in our room was pretty tiny. Door was hard to close. Barely room to sit on the toilet because of the wall on one side and sink on the other.

Was a great breakfast with a beautiful view. Even the coffee cups were the nicest I have ever seen in a restaurant.

The room is very dim with smoke smell even though we have asked for non smoking room. There is only 1 ceiling light near the entrance and the only table light in the room is not working. The shampoo and washing gel were not refilled at all. Limited equipments in the gym too. Disappointing for a ramada chain
