The Indian restaurant in the bottom floor smells great in doses, but the aromas don’t tend to end. And in the morning, my room and my coworkers room both were filled with the smell of fresh cut marijuana. Not the smell like someone was smoking it outside, more like it was being cut or dried in the hotel. So if you are scent sensitive, may not be the best place for you.

The location is always great, the staff is good for sure. The beds are comfy.

This hotel is a little tired. Stains on the carpet in the room, though the rest of the room was clean.

Nice sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was good for those on the go. The Overlander pub had a decent menu and service was good.

The view is our room. I accidentally booked a pet friendly room so I’m glad we do t have a pet if they usually get these types of rooms.

the TV in the bedroom didn’t work so I couldn’t watch TV from the beautiful big king size bed! the bathroom sink drain needed a cleaning as it was smelly. the hot tub was not working

I loved my room! Big and clean! the staff was wonderful! very kind and helpful as I had TV struggles! (it was broken 🫤) I enjoyed coffee in my room as well as the continental breakfast!

Not very good value for money. The beds were comfortable enough, but the rooms are very small, and they are acceptably clean but not spotless.

Update the furniture, faster elevator, ice machine on the floor or easier access, we had to ask each time at the front desk. Also, our cards kept demagnetizing, so after awhile, we just had it redone before we went upstairs, so that we didn't have to run downstairs

The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The furniture is a little run down, scratched etc. The bathroom vanity could use an upgrade but was fine. Would have been nice to have an ice machine on our floor, as its so hot, we had to keep running up and down the stairs. Great amenities in the bathroom, great towels, microwave, and a good size fridge, Our card and our friends cards, kept demagnetizing, so was a pain to have to keep running up and down the stairs. The continental breakfast was great, we appreciated not having to go out for breakfast as we are simple breakfast folks so this was much appreciated by all of us. The staff, cleaning staff were great! Helped us when we needed them with smiles on their faces! They deserve a pay raise for sure, you are lucky to have such great staff!! Colleen

Lady staffing front desk… she was snippy and unhelpful. Also, everyone gets chocolates or no one gets chocolates. She gave chocolates to the two young men in our group!!! but not to the other rooms. And the men checked out after us.

Satisfactory .. but the bread was in an usual container which made it hard to get out. Do not wrap muffins if you do not want clients to “take out”.

Their breakfast was available at reception and you basically tell the receptionist what you like... at the time we stayed, you choose the type of muffin, apple or orange juice, granola bars or fruits - which I guess is not bad... If you want a sit-down meal, I believe thats what the restaurant beside is for... Coffee machine & water was there so drinks are readily available

It was very accessible and right by the highway so you won't miss it. Washroom was nice and tidy Air conditioning was available! TV was the perfect size Wooden tables outside so we were able to make breakfast with our stove

I booked a pet friendly room and pre paid. The hotel charged me an additional pet fee and I was not able to earn the Wyndham rewards.
