Parking lot is kind of far away. Parking lot is place that might not be safe so I think it’s better to have a close parking lot

The hotel that was slightly in front of us blocking some of our view. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast included and parking included.

The Horseshoe Falls view; the jetted tub; refrigerator/freezer; microwave; coffee/tea maker for one to two; loveseat sofa bed; desk, bench seating; proximity to restaurants and entertainment etc.

Extra cost for takes has been taken off my security deposit?!

We paid a little extra to have a Fallsview room and are glad we did. The view was spectacular - which was great to watch the light show at night and a fantastic view to wake up to. Pool was nice, and the food at the on site sports bar was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the hot tub temperature. It wasn’t warm, I assume because it ran into the pool. I was looking forward to the heated jacuzzi. Other than that the pool area was nice and clean.

One elevator made for some long waits at times. There was no information in the room about the area or room service and hotel amenities.

We enjoyed our stay but a few notes that could be improved on: -we liked the jacuzzi but unfortunately we realized when we turned the jets on it was dirty and hadn’t been flushed out, black hairs were popping up in the water and we are both blonde… -there are standard pillows on the king size beds. No big deal, they were comfortable! But definitely would’ve been better with the appropriate size pillows to the bed -the televisions only have cable, there is no ability to log into your streaming apps (such as a smart tv) and watch what you want, or even pay per view, it was all dependent on the stuff on cable -parking was a very high fee of $30 per night in the offsite area and $45 in the on site area. Was a little surprised

Loved the location, staff was pleasant! Mattress was very comfortable and the view of the falls from the windows was great! AC worked well and we liked the jacuzzi tub. You’re right next to everything you want to go see, a short to medium walk to just about any main area of Niagara. Liked the security with the locked main doors at night (can use your key card to get in)

Room was clean and linen was clean s well. Bathroom was big with jacuzzi tub. The hallways were also big and bright. Swimming pool and gym renewated and looks clean. Front desk staff (Sukhdeep?) was very friendly and polite.

It would have been nice if parking had been included, at 30-45 dollars a night , especially when across the road it was 20 overnight and 10 all day.

It was in close proximity to everything and the view from the king suite was amazing.

The vagueness around who actually ran the hotel. Seems like its changed hands a few times but couldn't find any website that explained its actual location, along with parking. Kinda hd to piece it together with various bits of info from different places.

The Niagara Fallsview is only for the higher cost rooms. I had a tiny glimpse of the falls from my room.

Nice and comfy room. There is a shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel.

The parking was a little expensive but the saff were excellent. Very friendly and informative. Beautiful view!

Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade. We had previously stayed in a similar room on our last visit. So needless to say we were very happy 😊 All the staff from the parking attendees to the front staff and the cleaning crew are all very friendly and helpful 👍
