The location is very good. It is walking distance to all the main attractions of Quebec👍😍

The restaurant was closed during our stay, but fortunately there are many great restaurants in walking distance. There is no on-site or street parking, however you can short term park a block away to drop off suitcases. Once you park, you won't need a car as the city is very walkable. Parking rates were reasonable.

The front desk staff were super helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent if you are spending time in Old Quebec. The German Christmas Market is literally right outside the hotel door. The funicular and stairs to Lower Town are just a short walk. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet and clean.

The coffee machine wasn't working in the room and the access to the plugs was limited. Also the lock on the door to the bathroom was broken. But the bed was comfortable and it was a nice place to stay.

The room felt private and the room was comfortable! The location was great and the price per value was good. The service was also very friendly and helped us with a late check in. 10/10 would recommend.

Having to wait for those dining downstairs to access the door to the lift was sometimes frustrating and knowing that anyone could access the floor wasn’t secure feeling.

No parking. It was very frustrating trying to find parking. Once we found a spot we had to leave our suitcases in the car and only bring the bare necessities to the hotel.

The room was a little cramped but it was to be expected in such an old building.

The staff were lovely and the location was perfect. Absolutely recommend dining at the hotel restaurant "Mur Mur" as the food was well priced and delicious.

Parking is inconvenient, several minutes away. Unloading is complicated as there is no place to stop other than the road.

The hotel is ideally located to avoid using your car. Walking to distance to many attractions.

The location was great! There is no lobby at all. No place to even sit for a minute. The staff who checked us in was great. The staff who checked us out was terrible, unhelpful. We asked for a late checkout until noon. We were told it was approved, then told we had to leave at 11:30 am. We actually spoke to the maid when we left, she had 3 rooms to clean before ours,so there was no reason to move up our checkout time. Staff person was put out to store our bags. She should not be in a customer service job.

It is on a cobblestone street that is not accessible by cars so you have to drag baggage across cobblestone to get to the front door. There are not a lot of staff and so check-in was extremely slow. Luckily we didn’t need any services because I’m not sure they would have had stuff to accomplish it.

The location is excellent. The hotel has old world charm with modern convenience and beauty.

The only problem was no parking in front of the hotel. It’s a pedestrian street only. The public parking garage is close, but the elevator in the garage was not working. We had to do quite a bit of lugging up and downstairs.

Centrally located for easy access to everything…just be prepared to walk up and down…a lot.
