The location doesn't allow you much exploring to go out. As a handicapped person I appreciated the help of another guest to carry some of my luggage into the lobby after getting of the shuttle bus. Thank you Guest!!! A bit noisy due to maintenance work in the morning.

The bed was perfect to get a good night sleep after a long flight. The airport shuttle worked great and is greatly appreciated.

While there are several restaurants around the hotel, there's not much else to do. While the room was fairly clean, there were some gross layers of dust on certain spots.

Close to the airport. Comfy bed. Nice furniture in the room. Great place to lay the head during a long layover.

Windows were super dirty in the inside, the washroom was a bit dusty. They are going through renovations and in the afternoon (between 1 and 4 pm) it was impossible to sleep due to the noises. The room that we got was not properly isolated in the windows, unfortunately both nights were quite windy and the air coming in from the outside through the windows moved the room door in and out, making a disturbing sound all night long. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad, but I feel like we expected more of this type of hotel.

The furniture in the room looked nice and modern. It didn’t say in the description of the room, but it is equipped with microwave and refrigerator, making it convenient when you travel with kids.

The beds should have better insulating comforters -- it seemed like we needed to increase the temperature of the room in order to be warm enough, which isn't the most energy efficient way to do things! It's surprising that a hotel with a restaurant doesn't have the ability to provide a breakfast to overnighters. We knew this was the case, so ultimately not a problem for us.

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was equipped with the usual amenities however the toilet was slow to flush on our arrival. After a few more flushes, it seemed to be functioning better (we almost called to have it serviced but whatever had it partially plugged passed with our water only flushes!). We found the room fairly quiet, so it must have decent sound insulation.

Bits of hotel look like they need a slight refresh. E.g.: there was a stain on the wallpaper in our room. Other than that: OK

The shuttle bus to the airport and back is a great feature. Also: there's no problem storing luggage in the hotel for a bit, even after check-out.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was Moxies. The staff was great, the food good, but the noise was incredible. The hostess found us a table where it was quieter but I was glad to finish our meal and head back to our room. After a full day of traveling, I need some quiet.

I picked up a bagel at the entry kiosk -wasn’t a restaurant but sold drinks, muffins, pastries and plain bagels. Friendly staff and efficient.

The only thing was the shower has no valve to control the flow...mixture works, no throttle. They did use a low flow head, and of course you can just turn it off, wash up and rinse.

Very nice hotel, newer construction, very clean, and Moxie's restaurant is adjacent! Also they have a free shuttle to the airport 24hr.

When I booked the room through booking.com I didn't notice there was a $15 parking fee, which was debited from the $100 deposit I had to make.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We also liked the fact that we were able to have our dinner at Moxxies.

Bedroom was smaller than our last room at this hotel, there was barely enough room for a suitcase beside the bed. Wifi was rather slow, not good if you need to have a video meeting during your stay. While it's expected to hear airplanes when staying this close, they were much more noticeable in this room than during our previous stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well located near plenty of stores, restaurants and more - and of course right near the airport.
