Laundry is quite expensive to use. Washer and dryer $3.00 each plus $1.50 for the washing detergent. Coins only as well. The shower taps in our room need updating, they were terrible which made it hard to get the Temperature right.

Location was excellent with amazing views from the outside rooms. Onsite restaurant was a great option after a long day on the road exploring. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Fantastic refillable local toiletries supplied. Loved having a decaf coffee option as well as coffee.

The heat in our room was extremely hot when we arrive, maintenance came and fixed the issue only for it to stop working again at 3 in the morning with the heater just pumping heat again. Room had no outside windows. Other than that fine hotel.

Was close to thing we were going to. And had a breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately the pool and sauna were out of order but they told us we could go to three other hotels and use their facilities

No elevator towards the back of the building plus only stairs to come from the back door to reception. Another thing which I missed is the microwave.

The property had an excellent layout with swimming in the middle and the surrounding it. EV charging was a huge plus point.

Lighting in the bathroom was missing - would have been nice to have a light above the mirror and not just behind. A bit of a labyrinth getting to our room with a luggage rack. Would have been more convenient to have luggage rack available in our wing so we could exit out the main floor of our wing rather that going back to the main entrance.

The room was well appointed and the kitchenette worked nicely for us! Beds very comfortable, nice big bathroom with a lovely shower - especially appreciated being able to control pressure while just turning the shower on so as to avoid a cold splash before the water warmed up!! We were on the top floor facing town - aside from looking at a parking lot, the view of the mountains was nice.

The pool is located inside the lobby of the hotel which means it’s extremely loud (even inside our room) after everyone returns from the ski fields right up until 10pm when the pool closes. The chlorine smell also is quite strong throughout the whole hotel lobby and restaurants on site.

Loud noise level for courtyard facing rooms made for a very early wake up call that I did not want to- also the lounge, on a weekend with a late hockey game was not opened. This last one needs to be looked at- lost $$ as several people would have gone down for drinks that I ran into.

The pool was always full of families, very noisy and not somewhere to go to relax. Although close to a couple of restaurants, it is a little far out to walk to the central, shop area.

It was a lovely hotel, and fairly modern.

The restaurants are limited in hours and options. Better on site dinning and drink options would be good.

The rooms are really great. Functional an d nice decor. The bathroom is one of the best I have found in hotels. The only thing missing in the room is a bedside table on both sides of the bed. There is only one bedside table.

The initial regular room we booked was not equipped with microwave. We checked with reservation desk prior to booking and was informed there was microwave in the room. (We were informed by the hotel later that we might have called to a different reservation desk that did not belong to the hotel and wrong information was provided.) Fortunately, hotel was helpful to upgrade our room with kitchennette with a good deal. Just hope all rooms would be equipped with a microwave for customers to warm up the food especially during winters. Thanks

Room was spacious and comfortable. Automatic on lighting in bathroom was a surprise and very nice. Kitchennette was very nice, clean and stocked and well equipped. Electric kettle was useful and efficient.

Fridge from previous guests hadn’t been emptied when we took over the room. Didn’t think much of the view of the car park from our room. Food either at breakfast or dinner was basic

Our room with Kitchenette was very useful. Very convenient for ski shuttle as we were the first on. Heated indoor hot tub - although a little too hot.

The pool was really nice however at times there where a lot of kids and when having a room towards the inner side of the hotel, it was really loud.

Fitness room was big and well equipped, big room and guest laundry was quick and easy to use.

Our room had the chlorine smell from the pool and I am allergic. In future I will ask for a room in one of the wings where you cannot smell the chlorine.

I have unlimited wifi so didn't use the hotels wifi. I was disappointed when I booked that there was not a bed and breakfast rate... but when we arrived I kept getting asked if I had a breakfast voucher :-( The room was clean enough ...however I did step on an orange cheesy that was next to the bed that had been left by a previous gust and not removed by the cleaning staff.

I liked that the room had a balcony. We normally stay at the LOBSTICK and they don't have balcony's. My husband really appreciated the complementary morning coffee that was offered, it helped get his morning off to a good start on those early ski days! :-)

We had a room looking over the pool, so no privacy even with the net curtains. It was also too hot, not having an opening window to the outside air.

Room was comfy and clean, loved the Elk coming into the carpark!
