I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton hotel. The rooms were cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. The swimming pool and hot tub added to the overall experience, both well-maintained. The staff were attentive and contributed to a positive atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay. The room boasted a fantastic view, enhancing the overall experience of my stay.

The tub was quite shallow, and we constantly had to request more cream and sugar packets.

The television was customized when I arrived, loved that little touch, the room service was also very delicious, not QUITE worth the price, but yummy none the less!

The room was good. The breakfast was really nice. The bed was quite comfortable. I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the facility. The staff were equally very hospitable. The location was fantastic as it was in the centre of Guildford town.

The things I didn't care for was the fridge was extremely small and the tub in our room had a leaky faucet that dripped the whole time 😑

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious with a nice view . The buffet breakfast included with our rate was so delicious and so much variety .. we looked forward to it each morning.

Well - hard to achieve but the toast in the morning room service was always cool - but we were on 14th floor otherwise it was good room service

The size of the room was great much bigger than most hotel rooms. Loved the view and big windows. Beds were super comfortable.

There was no microwave in the room and no option to heat up food on the premises, I would have expected this from a 4 star hotel. There are no options in the hotel to do laundry, you would have to drive to a laundromat.

The room was clean and spacious and the shower was great. Parking in the underground garage was 15 CAD per night which was acceptable. The continental breakfast was exceptional with a great variety to choose from such as fresh fruit, pastries and smoked salmon. The staff were very friendly and helpful…. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice, there are a lot of seating areas which is nice. The hotel is located walking distance from some restaurants, so convenient to grab a bite to eat.

I didn't like that every day I had to prove to the staff that I can take juice for my child. Also breakfast menu NEVER changes.

Great location, Guilford Mall was literally right across the street along with a variety of restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself and along with all the staff was very exceptional.

I like the hotel. Entries are more like appetizers, and over priced. We spent $100 and left hungry. I paid for the hotel, then got charged $15 for parking. We thought that was gouging. Don't think we will be back

Didnt like for few things and one major reason was me,my wife we got food posioing from the breakfast. And we both were really sick and we lost a day in our trip as well, we adviced to the hotel about this and they said they will be doing an investigation with the morning staff and letting us know. But there was nothing after that. And then the following day we went to the pharmacy and got medications. And even when I was checking out there was no word on asking how we are doing or anything. And that is really bad as we are not from Surrey or Vancouver. We came there from toronto and the very next day after breakfast this happens. So yeah Im not so pleased about this. And the night before we checked out I asked room service for the nesspresso pods and milk and they said they can bring but will have to charge for room serivce. Really....these things are normally refilled when youll do a room clean up right? Really bad I would say in that.

The only few things I would say I liked was the room, the mountain view and it was close to the shopping mall.
