Directly across the road is a building full of heavily drug affected people. Constant fire trucks and ambulances with sirens on throughout the night and it feels very unsafe once its dark to enter and exit the building

Beds were extremely comfortable, was located in a great proximity to everything in the city, kitchen was very useful and equipped well, Aircon was perfect

Beds are uncomfortable and very small. In front of the location, there are some addicted people, and it looks like a little dangerous.

It has a washing machine, dryer, and full kitchen equipment. Staff is very kind and helpful.

It was a bit strange not to have somebody from the staff there for most of the day. One evening we had to evacuate the building due to a fire alarm. Luckily nothing was wrong so we could go in again. That took a long time because one of the lifts was out of order (to go back up, we went down the stairs when evacuating). It would have been a good idea if somebody from the staff had organized how people would get up again or even opened the stairs to let people walk up. Instead this took a very long time. It was also a bit sad to see the homeless people on the streets of Vancouver, probably many on drugs. They were not aggressive in any way.

Not a great part of town, lots of unhoused people passed out on the sidewalk and nearby alleyways. Got yelled at once by a random stranger. Not a safe area.

It is a couple of blocks from Hastings Streets and there were some drug addicts and home less. The building right in front of us is abandoned or invaded it didn’t help with the apartment view

The apartment was huge, I wasn’t expecting something like that. It has everything you need, a fridge, stove, laundry and dryer, a bathroom and the beds were so comfy

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of homeless drug users in the area. We had an alley view from our room and everyday there were fresh piles of rubbish, people doing crack/heroin/fentanyl or selling stolen goods with frequent shouting and other noises. This made my partner very nervous and scared.

The property having cooking/washing/drying facilities is brilliant for being in Vancouver. The cutlery/kitchen utensils are good. The staff were very pleasant. We had the room for a large discount which is the basis of my review.

There are practically no shelves in the closet and no other cabinet to store the clothes. We needed to have the suitcases accessible and open all the time to get the things in and out . Ok for 1 night, but for longer stay it’s not ideal. Also, no hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes. Only one rack on the wall for a towel. The location would be ideal, if it were a bit further from China town. We thought that the price was rather high, but compared to the hotels in Vancouver it was a bargain.

Gave us half a roll of toilet paper and had to go out and buy more for the rest of the stay. Across the street from a homeless shelter so they r shooting up drugs directly across the street

Nothing wrong with the property and a great location. But…..presence of homeless across the street was a bit of a downer.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Receptionist named Elizabeth was so very considerate and helpful. Did much to help make this an enjoyable stay on my return to Vancouver after a 14-year gap.

Unit is generally clean. Kitchen and living room is useful. Location is close to center and waterfront.

Just a suggestion !!! There should by hooks in the bathroom door to dry towels or hang clothes …since it’s a long stay !!

Lots of homeless and drug users in the neighbourhood, so not a great area if that's likely to spook you. But we didn't feel threatened - it's just unsettling and sad. Arrival procedure was difficult after hours: we followed someone else in through the outer door, without realising that it was essential to use the buzzer from outside in order to activate the lift. So we found ourselves inside but unable to reach our apartment. They were very helpful via WhatsApp, but you'll need phone data in order to use that, and at that point we weren't on the building's wifi.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment, very comfortable and walking distance from the shops and waterfront.

The only recommendation I would make is to provide a bathtub mat. We found that the bathtub was slippery and had to be very careful when taking a shower. Thank you

The location isn’t the best. It’s across the street from an old theatre that is now riddled with open drug usage in front. Felt extremely dodgy walking back home at night in the area.

It is a great value compared to everything else in Vancouver. It has everything you need for a short and long term stay. Check in and check out was a breeze.
