Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some clients at the hotel were smoking too close to the reception area. Smoking should be allowed at designated zones far away from public spaces.
The downtown location gave my family access to favorite food outlets. Proximity to the Waterpark was so convenient for the kids.

The staff were rude. And we had a noise issue with an upstairs neighbour that we called the front desk about but that only got worse after we called it in.
Loves the waterpark and the room was beautiful and clean.

The rooms are ok but not that updated. Floors are really creaky. Could be cleaner. Curtains are filthy. Shower temperature didn’t get warm enough to take a shower after coming back from water park on the second day. We liked the movie night however, movies could be rotated better. We had to watch 3 ice age movies during our 3 night stay and would have preferred more of a variety.

The toilets were too low. I have bad legs and it made getting up difficult. The mattresses were hit and miss. They were old. My husband’s kind of sunk in the middle when he laid in it and every time he moved it squeaked. Mine was okay.
It was nice. It was near all entertainment. It is very family oriented. Loved the water park.

Water park not open early enough ! For hotel guest !! No washer dryer on site to dry pool clothing after swim for nexted day !! Room price for 7 and had to purchase extra tickets only received 4 for room Not expecting that extra cost !!!!

When I arrived, the receptionist did not know how to check my reservation properly and told me that it had not been paid for. They left me waiting confused until a manager Ian To apologize if you say that the reservations were paid

The website did not advertise that the Waterpark was closed for scheduled maintenance. Family drove several hours and found out upon check in. The staff verbally apologized. But no compensation for the situation

Size of the rooms, I dealt claustrophobic, it should be clearly stated on your booking site that the rooms are small and there are no windows in so many of them.

Family size room with Bunk Beds was a bit tighter (smaller)than anticipated. The distance to main attraction is not a big deal, but important to mention, as the other Waterpark connected hotels have all indoor access to other attractions.
Excellent Family Hotel for the Niagara Experience! Close to all attractions... Although not right along the main indoor path - so be prepared to walk outside to get to the Food court/Arcade/Starbucks area. Rooms are comfortable and decent size. Courtyard Areas are brilliant for hanging out... And Movie night is a definite Bonus for the kids. Overall, great value for money!

I could hear everything. No sound proofing and kids were allowed to run up and down everywhere. No microwave. The shower walls could have been cleaned better.
I loved the location. I liked the courtyard feel. The beds were clean and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff.

Courtyard was way to cold to sit and enjoy The room I had 1804 was a nightmare with kids running back and forth in the hallways starting at 8:00 a.m!!!. I came so close to opening my door and yelling at them. I so blame this on the parents needing to control their kids and have some respect for others that are still sleeping!!! Maybe put notices up along everywhere asking parents to please keep their children quiet in the hallways. I would definitely not be asking for another room in the courtyard area as my family had room I believe 1420 and they couldn't hear anything as it was quiet.

It’s a hotel blankets and pillows should be available where the movie is and there was so much hair on the walls in the shower.
