Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaOpened windows so it was quite noisy with the railway. Kitchen down lights need to be replaced. The bathtub in the ensuite is nice but not practical and it can be listed as 1 bathroom with 2 toilets which we are happy with.
The host was very kind to let us check in much much earlier as we arrived very early in the morning. Lots of things in the kitchen for a decent cooked meal as Costco and T&T supermarket very close. Clear and effective communications from the start. We simply love Vancouver & Whistler after staying at this apartment. Better than hotel for sure.

United StatesI rated the site a 9 instead of a 10 because the parking garage was a bit tricky. The space was small and it was difficult to find exit out of garage. We figured it out and staff on site were quite helpful.
Hong was so accommodating and the apartment was absolutely perfect. The view was incredible, the beds/pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and technology was easily accessible. It has been newly renovated and is very appealing. The location was superb for getting around Vancouver. We'd definitely stay again.

IndiaThere is constant noise from the subway train. We were sort of okay with it since we weren't home all day but it could bother some people Also, the hand shower in the main bathroom wasn't working. So all four of us had to use the other one which was a little inconvenient.
The apartment is beautiful. Great views. Plenty of sunlight. The kitchen is fully functional. The bedrooms are comfortable. The location is also convenient and in a safe area.

New ZealandThe location is excellent but as with many excellent locations you need to contend with some issues that for us were minor - noise from train / traffic was the only detractor and minor for myself as after awhile I stopped noticing it.
Apartment is lovely, exceptionally appointed with nice touches that make you happy to be there.

The properly location and facilities were amazing. The house came with a small den and study which were a very good addition to the house.

United KingdomThe perfect location for a break in Vancouver. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication with Hong was excellent. The sky train was next door to the high-rise and we purchased a day ticket which gave us access to a wide area. It was even easy to get back to Vancouver Airport. The weather wasn’t good whilst we were there but Hong even had an umbrella by the door which we borrowed!

CanadaI could have stayed longer
You can spend all day looking at the view. This place is ideally located. 1 block from False Creek where you can walk the Seawall trail for over 15 kms. Turn left you’re in Gastown historic area, fall right and you’re at Rodger’s arena and BC Place. Short walk to Granville st. Skytrain Chinatown subway is literally under the building. Underground secure parking and lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Condo is well equipped and kitchen has all the basics you need to cook. All the beds are comfortable as is the living room seating area. Well definitely stay here again.

CanadaNot a dislike, just be forewarned: if you can't find parking on the street, there's usually lots of space in Keefer Place. Park there for your walk into the building to get the key fobs from the apartment.
The apartment is amazing! The view over Rogers Arena and BC Place is absolutely stunning. We stayed 2 nights and would love to have been able to stay longer, it was such a sumptuous experience. The instructions for accessing the building and the apartment were very clear. The space was also very clean. We had to search a bit for the extra bedding for the pull out couch but they were available at least (in the main bedroom small closet).

United StatesThe train below excels at coming past very frequently and the hotel is on a corner of the track, so every train squeels as it comes by. This isn't a reason not to stay here, but do come prepared with earplugs.
The views are incredible. We walked everywhere and should have booked it for a few more days just so we could hit all the yummy looking bars and restaurants. The bedding is great and the beds were comfortable.

SpainThe only thing I would say it is regarding the tube for bathing. I prefer taking a shower and it is complicated at the beginning not spill everything. Another suggestion is changing the curtains of the shower tube for screens.
The apartment is well located, near Chinatown and walking distance to Gastown, Canada place and all the tourist places except the Stanley Park. However it is in a zone where you can see many unfortunate people wandering but it is safe. The guest was very kind providing us all the info we need to enter the building and get the keys. It has an excellent internet and TV screen. It has a wonderful views, to the Science World and the harbour, even the Mt Rainier! It was very clean. The main room has a bathroom with a bathtube only for bathing not taking a shower. There is an additional bath for the other room outside. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything needed. Hong left small chocolates to eat. Delicious. Thanks! The elevators were very fast even though there were a lot of people coming in and out. The building has a spa and a pool. We enjoyed a lot.
