Disappointed that our bed didn't have a flat sheet. Called to have one delivered , one was brought up. It was still wet from the laundry , so had ro call to get another one. Having to spend a half an hour before bed to get that sorted was Disappointing !!

The spa treatments were disappointing. They were mid-range hotel level rather than what you'd expect from a proper spa. The food was also mediocre.

The location is spectacular. The rooms were clean and comfortable with incredible views. The spa facilities were top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overpriced on one of the restaurants for dinner and the couples massage we got was not as satisfactory for the price we paid but the service was good!

Just a few small things to improve the guest experience like a coffeemaker& tea kettle in the room. Also there is no water supplied and no convenient store to buy any. A hotel of this calibre should have this available for their guests! Also, as nice as the crystal lights in the room are, they are too bright at night and we had to throw a towel over it to dim the light A third set of towels is standard in most hotels and would enhance the stay. The food in the Austrian hut was not so good, schnitzel and chicken seemed fried. Service and the view was great though:) And the hut was really special!

The shower mechanism in our room needs repair and the rain shower part didn’t work My daughters pedicure was not good and they didn’t have the proper tool to remove her old shellac polish which meant very rough scrubbing even to the point of some bleeding

The pool didn't have a spa feel to it - it felt just like a typical hotel pool. Many guests were bringing in coolers, making it feel like people didn't trust the food quality at the Hotel. The Hotel was starting to show it's age a bit and perhaps is missing that special, magical feel.

The saunas for the spa were great - especially the crystal steam room. We were expecting a little better quality for the breakfast - I would say it was a little disappointing for a luxury hotel. The hashbrowns were comparable to an average diner and the coffee tasted pretty watered down. The room was beautiful, relaxing vibe, and great view. The only thing missing is that we would have appreciated tea/coffee in the room. Gerni's Farmhouse was super fun, unique, and had excellent service and food.

The fried potato cubes served with breakfast were from the previous day,warmed up. Pan-fried potato wedges would have been right. Gerni’s: we had diarrhea after eating there, both last and this visit. Not cool!! They used a hotel guest’s car to drive me down to Gerni’s. That is wrong!

for the price of the room there is not even free coffee, they checked me in for breakfast at 11am, and the restaurant closes at 11:15, which meant that I did not have time to have breakfast because it was already late. The staff did not tell me that check-in at 11am would be late.

The only thing we didn't like was the bath wouldn't fill with warm water. We could only get it to Luke warm. Other then that everything was incredible.

The view from the 3rd floor was incredible especially overlooking the lake. It was stunning during the day and even cooler to see everything changes at night with all the beautiful lights. The room blew my wife and myself away and the saunas and pools were great. This was our first trip and are looking forward to booking a weekend getaway later this year!

~ washroom had no fan ~ heated towel rack would have a been nice to dry our bathing suits between use - we would have appreciated a map of some kind or at the very least something to give us information about the place including the history, location of places & hours of operation for stores, pools & saunas ~sadly the Kneip was not in operation

The only complaint is the food ! The breakfast is not good at all! Dry salmon bagel with ton of deep fried potatoes not good at all ! For drinks apple juice and orange juice? That’s it? Like sorry but raising your blood sugar first thing in the morning isn’t a great idea! From the hotel of such a standard I’d expect a nice buffet where you have options for food and drinks ( like healthy green juices at least ) but come on Apple juice ? Went to dine at the German place . Ok the place is done up really nice , authentic but the service wasn’t great , our waitress wasn’t there at all like she looked as if she was doing us a huge favour by serving us , and the food neither me or my boyfriend particularly liked it , again deep frying everything, vegetables had no flavour , just everything was very sloppy

Steam rooms open at 2pm. Seems kinda late in the day especially when a lot of the Kurspa booking are full. The king size bed in the room was very uncomfortable.

Rooms were kept clean. Room service was prompt.

Wish the saunas, steamrooms and pools were open earlier in the day, would be nice to wake up with a sauna session instead of having to wait until the afternoon, especially on check-out day as it means you can't access these amenities even with a late checkout.

Food was delicious, Peakfine's service staff was efficient and friendly - food came quickly at the times I was there. Pre-check was great as I was inside my room within minutes of being at the front desk. Love that it's a 16+ location as there is no kids causing excess noise.
