We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe room has spider web on the corner, burnt holes on the linen, unpleasant odor indicating someone has ones smoked inside, the blocker of the bathtub missing, I called for 3 times before I eventually got into the service desk on 2nd floor, at 8:30pm which is not quite late.
The place is near to the city center.

Behind the building where you parked they were bums The TV was broken, however they quickly replaced it with one that was not, it does make you wonder about the type of people who stay there.
Discount hotel $10 parking management was friendly. Neighborhood was a little uncomfortable but it is located walking distance to almost everything in town.

CanadaSadly breakfast started at 8am which is a bit late, and we had to leave at 6am so we couldn't enjoy it. Reception staff told me there would be someone at the reception 24h but there was no one when we did the checkout. The area gets busy and noisy at night, I wouldn't recommend for people who are after a good night sleep.
