Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noisy neighbour may be a problem. Expensive. Toilet is smelly after flush, every time.
Generally awesome. Prime location. Good water pressure. Spotless clean. Lights on when someone approaches the parking - feeling safe. Breakfast was included, average but still better than many room-only hotels.

Nothing negative!
What a wonderful place for us to have stayed! We experienced car problems and the staff went out of their way to help us... They came and picked us up at 10:00 at night and took us back to the hotel so we did not have to stay with our stranded car. The next morning they let us stay in an extra room until our car could be serviced. The ladies who run the hotel were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was individually prepared and delicious. This hotel went out of its way to make us feel welcome and secure. A+++++

It's a bit dated but that was okay with us, kinda nostalgic.
Very pleasant, well cared for and comfortable old school motel very convenient to town and highway yet quiet. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable however it is an older property with dated furnishings. The breakfast was great, fresh made to order eggs, pancakes, sausages, fruit and yogurt. The people who work here are all lovely, friendly and kind. This was a sweet respite from the road in a lovely town.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Overall, it fit my needs perfectly and I like staying there. It's lovely.
I have stayed here before and wanted to re-book. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. They provide a lovely breakfast and the location is perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go in town.

Petty but I love coffee in my room as I prep for the day. There was no clock in the room. Price was a bit high. The soap/shampoo dispenser in tub area was either empty or I wasn’t pushing it hard enough?
Location cannot be beat! Breakfast was fantastic! Bed was comfortable! Owner/staff easy to communicate with.i was able to open the window for fresh air and that’s nice. Shower was good.

The price difference between booking.com and reservations via the inn's website. I realized too late that there was a $50 difference.
Location was great. Easier to access on foot than I had imagined (we arrived on the train). Playground was a nice walk down the road. Breakfast was very homey and lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Did not expect cheap, coarse toilet paper and paper cups in a $200 room.
Breakfast is very good - the buffet is a great idea. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Housekeeper/cook is friendly and efficient.

Mary and Esmeralda the cook were lovely. Also the women owner was nice!! Breakfast was the best!! Made to order eggs!! Pancakes, sausage, bacon, and coffee! Mary did my wash!! Make sure you tip her!!

The guests and staff were quiet and respectful; however, the room we had was close to the front door and the breakfast room, so we could hear people coming in late, leaving early, and having breakfast, so it wasn't as quiet as I would have liked.
The breakfast was great. The lady who cooked our eggs was very friendly. Also, the person who checked us in was helpful and very nice. Great staff here!
