Nothing at all to dislike

The suite was more than we expected, had everything you could need, it was very spacious, it had a very efficient pellet heater which we needed and a lovely garden\patio area which unfortunately we hadn't time to use on our one night stay. Aileen was very friendly and we had a lovely continental breakfast.

A wonderful place to stay just a few minutes outside of Bancroft with the most amazingly kind and welcoming hosts. The apartment was perfectly clean, the bathroom and the kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. The outside area was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The bed and the pillows were soooo comfortable!!! We received very clear instructions how to get there and there was a binder with suggestions for places to visit in the area. The breakfast options were great. We had a wonderful time at Suite in the Bush!

The only challenge was the Wi-Fi Internet - kept cutting out and breaking up. Made it difficult to do work on the computer and kept losing the television connection.

The facility is and the backyard were excellent. Great selection of coffees teas available. The apartment was spotless so well decorated. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Aileen and Dave’s apartment. The location is truly special – surrounded by beautiful, green nature, it offered the perfect place to relax and unwind. Aileen and Dave are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. The much-praised breakfast absolutely lived up to the expectations, and we also enjoyed a lovely chat with them over a glass (or two) of wine. It was a great opportunity to get to know the Canadian perspective on many things. Thank you for a memorable experience – we would love to come back!

I rarely leave detailed reviews, but I truly wanted to express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay. I booked the B&B for my parents. Aileen was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to help my parents, even though they speak limited English. She used a translator to communicate and made them feel so comfortable and cared for. The breakfast she prepared was delicious and plentiful, with so much thought put into it. The place itself was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees. It’s also in a very convenient location. This was a truly heartwarming experience, and I’m so grateful for the hospitality. My parents definitely want to return, and I would love to experience such a caring and welcoming stay as well. Thank you, Aileen, for everything!

Wifi was a bit slow

Clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. An insane amount of Keurig coffee pods. Friendly host. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we pass by Bancroft again.

Honestly nothing!

This suite offers a meticulously maintained space with comfortable furniture. The location was close to town and very quiet. The breakfast was homemade and fresh and our hosts were super friendly and communicative. I was particularly impressed by how cleanly the suite was kept. Lots of available coffee was the cherry on top!

The apartment is on a small rural road so best to get there before it gets too dark. That said, it is only 6 - 7 minutes from Bancroft, and a twenty minute drive to Silent Lake Provincial Park. So very convenient.

Friendly service, and very helpful. Spacious rooms, lots of breakfast hot drink choices. We arrived an hour later than expected and they were very gracious. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely backyard to sit in and relax as we enjoyed our breakfast.

It was cozy, quiet and the owners were 100% amazing. So friendly and very welcoming. The property is beautiful. Definitely bring bug spray. The little town is close by so we went on a few adventures. It was just overall so nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again :) they also had things for our little one like a booster seat which really helped.
