Very clean & comfortable, love staying at Sonder!

Very basic minimalist room. Cleaning service is charged. Which is quite bizarre that we need to pay for cleaning especially when we stayed for a week!

We arrived a day earlier and Alexis our host still accommodated us. Made the somewhat cumbersome self check process seamless for us. Parking is safe and great convenient location with many cafes asn stores.

Rooms are spacious, excellent the sofa bed, functional, excellent balcony, excellent kitchen supplies of everything you need, excellent the bathroom. Central location near bus, metro and the main streets

Small thing, the sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged. Better to repair soon.

Sonder is professional. All is good. I’ll came back later surely.

The check in process was a breeze! The staff in attendance was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful immaculate room. Great location. Highly recommend!

There was no dishwasher in the kitchen. Our door code did not work and we ended up being given a key fob which was fine. Could not find where to take out the rubbish

Great location for getting around Vancouver. We had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment was very well equipped. A bonus for us was the onsite laundry facilities. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

You need to have the Sonder app installed and have your phone connected to the internet in order to access your room and communicate with hotel staff.

Clean and well-appointed rooms, quiet suite (per my request), strong WIFI. When there was an issue with the room late at night, I was able to communicate with the staff through their app, they were very courteous and helpful.

Cannot use umbrellas in the lobby unless you download an app. Who needs more apps.

Enormous apartment, whether for one or two people. Quiet neighbourhood. Loads of places to eat nearby with a good variety of choice. Excellent bakery round the corner. Ear plugs were left in the apartment, only needed if it was raining, not because of noisy neighbours.

It was a bit chilly for me. There is a heater in the room but it dries the air so much, we had to turn it off after some time. Not a deal-breaker point, though. Would stay here again

Such a nice option to stay in Downtown Vancouver! Not far from the Sunset beach, plenty of food options in the area. Bed is so comfy!! A lot of nice details like handwritten welcome note, chocolates, possibility to rent umbrellas downstairs, free storage space for luggage.

The street was a little loud but it's a city.

Location was close to restaurants and walkable to everywhere else. The water taxis to Granville were a few blocks away. Unit had everything we needed for a week including lockers for our luggage and laundry facilities in the building. The bonus was the balcony looking west so we had a great sunset every night.

Great apartment in the downtown of Vancouver, in the quite neighborhood. Most of the Vancouver sites (Stanley Park, English bay, etc.) are easily accessible by foot or short ride. Had everything we needed for a 10 day stay.

The room was cold. There was no instructions where you turn the heater on. Even after turning it on the heater could not give hot air.

Nice spacious and well presented apartment with simple process for accessing. 5-10 minutes walk to most of central Vancouver shopping and attractions.

Pillows were really fat so not comfortable. The carpets in the elevators were filthy and need replacing. The skirting boards were a bit scuffed and dirty.

Our windows faced the back of shops on the main street, overlooking parking and dumpsters. There was plenty of room but few places to sit. Only a tiny round table with 2 chairs for eating at or working on a computer.

Roomy apartment in residential inner city area within easy walking distance of Granville Island ferries and English Bay. Many food options nearby including great coffee and brunch at Amoka cafe on Davie St.

The location is excellent for walking to areas downtown, busses, sky train, etc. The staff at the site were very friendly and helpful.

The Sonder Sunet was a great place to stay. Room was spacious and well equipped and a had a beautiful view. Location was perfect as it was right by the Davie Village and close to downtown and beaches.

The only negative difference from the first apartment we stayed in was bed size, we greatly prefer a king size and would rate this as a priority when booking again. Also missing a tv remote that controlled volume

It was our 2nd stay in a different apartment but consistently great Customer service, spacious, sunny apartment with a view, great location, well appointed kitchen

Didn’t love paying for parking in the garage but I understand.

Beautiful space, excellent amenities. Loved the heat lamp in the bathroom. Cute kitchen.
