Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaSince we arrived at the hotel there was dirt inside the elevator and the next day when we went to the cafe it was still dirty, there was also a smell of cigarettes in the hotel hallway. another reason I didn't like it and what is worrying for health there was a woman with a dog so far so good the problem is that when she goes to help herself to breakfast, she takes her dog with her on her lap and thus serves herself, the dog is close to all the food that everyone else will also help themselves to, which is not pleasant at all, because dogs also transmit diseases like this. as they lick their private parts, they may lick or sneeze, which is unacceptable, unacceptable if you have dogs Ok, but there are certain parts that the dog shouldn't have access to, like food, it's something that he shouldn't even be close to because if the dog isn't going to have a coffee with us either, he shouldn't be there either, he should have a specific space for them in the hotel, and not simply bringing it next to the table
the place is cozy, the rooms are good, clean and the breakfast was also very good.

CanadaThey don't provide drinking water. I had to buy water bottles from the supermarket.
It was clean. Decent breakfast but nothing exceptional. Friendly staff. In a less busy location. There is a Tim Hortons and a McDonald's right next to the hotel and a supermarket within 10 10-minute walking distance.

CanadaThe placement of the breakfast buffet is not great though. Everyone is crowded in the corner trying to get stuff and one table is too close so it was unclear which way to start so it was not super pleasant. That would not have been great during covid. Luckily they had another hall for people to sit. The building looked less impressive in person compared to the photos but still nice and well maintained. Pretty much all concrete around the building but with limited space I don't see that they could do any different really. The other reception lady was very, very busy when we wanted to check out because she was alone despite it being a busy check out time. She did her best though and seemed nice and patient with some not-so-easy customers. The air conditioner was on when we got to the room but still there was a persistent slight humidity or moldy smell. Might be the carpet but it looked perfect and clean. The fridge was so incredibly loud sometimes. We actually wanted to unplug it since we weren't using it but couldn't reach the plug. Some kind of noise in the bathroom wall from pipes I think. It sounds like an alarm going off sometimes and then sounds like a kid yelling in the hallway randomly. It woke us up a lot and sometimes scared us when we went to the washroom and it suddenly started. It didn't always sound when we used water or flushed either. 🤔 On the front of the shelf where the fridge is, the metal edging was coming off. I tried to push it back in but couldn't move it at all so I told my kids to be careful. I will tell the hotel and I'm sure they'll fix it though because this place seems nicely maintained.
The breakfast was basic but that's expected and it was fine. Clean area and everything stocked. The location was good for getting to the places we wanted to go. The reception lady was really nice when we checked in. Everything was really clean and smelled clean when we walked into the hotel. Good lighting, good maintenance. The room was very similar to the pictures, well maintained, clean and the beds, blankets and pillows were so, sooo comfortable that it was a problem when I got back home in comparison. Lol The sound insulation between rooms was good. We only ever heard people passing in the hallway a couple of times. Could be that there was no one beside us. I don't know. My kids loved the pool and slide as did the other kids we saw and their parents.

Canada1.The pool's water is not so clean or might be coring is too strong. My skin started to get itchy after 30 mins in the pool. And the next day my face and neck get swollen and red for almost 6 days. But my husband and kids they don't have this problem. 2.There is a smell in the hall way especially the room is even stronger. Don't know how to describe the smell but it's not good.
1.I like it's location. Even we stayed for three nights and wanted some changes for breakfast , we have different choses near the hotel. It's all walking distances. 2.The workers are nice and polite.

CanadaWe could smell that someone smoked in the hotel as well as seeing the cigarette butts in the ground outside a first floor window as well as a guy taking a leak in the corner of the building while he had a smoke and a beer (and he had propped the door open which was a security issue). Also our key card just stopped working and we had to go back to the desk to get it fixed.
Our room was very comfortable. The staff on the first night were a bit standoffish with us when we arrived but the rest of the time we had very nice staff.

CanadaOur hotel room was extremely muggy and smelt almost musky (reminded me of a wet towel). We adjusted the heat several times in the room but it made no difference. We ended up opening the window for a little bit to air it out. Pricey - we paid around $192 for a room with two queen sized beds

PolandI think breakfest could be better if there is more option (not just box with preselected items) From my European perspective the price was too high for this standard - but I've accepted it.
