Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

CanadaThe spa did not look so clean, and the mushroom watersplash has not been working ( put down on purpose?). I guess I wish I saw some staff cleaning the pool area sometimes (slide stairs, etc) as you do wonder how often it is cleaned. I also wish they would put the towels for the pool available so you don’t need to ask the front desk lady, she is busy enough. The breakfast was okay but could be improved a bit.

CanadaWe’ve stayed Super 8 in other places, but this one was the best room we got. My kids love the room, it was twice the size of a one-bedroom. Great location and friendly staff. I recommend this room for a family that has little kids.

CanadaThe room smelled like humidity, it was not cleaned during our stay. Not enough towels. The pool is really for kids only, although they found it amusing, i found it a little dangerous, the kids fly out of the slide. The pool is small and not deep, so parents can't even be inside with the kids comforts. It felt like a job, taking care of them instead of time of leasure. Parking was ok, breakfast was ok as well, nothing extraordinary.

CanadaThere were numerous places in the room that were damaged. The curtain rail for the shower curtain was being pulled out of the wall. Gaps in the backspash by the sink. All small stuff but telling of a lack of maintenance. The room we had was very hard to get our bikes into . It was the smallest in the hotel, why they gave that one to use I don't know. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there.
The waterslide was fun, the pool is very very shallow but a very comfortable temperature. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was tidy and clean with big windows. Very close to a good variety of shopping and restaurants.

CanadaThe hotel location is near the attractions like the beaches and it's very convenient to stores like maxi and dollarama and restaurants,too. Our kids love the pool. Our oldest loves the slides. I wish the jacuzi is available and the water fountain. (Under construction) The room is clean and spacious and have a nice view (luckily we saw 2 deer)
