Break rest sucks false advertisement

It's an obviously dated hotel with upgrades. The lobby is plain but clean. The rooms and beds are small, but for the price, it was acceptable. The hotel was full of Middle Eastern celebrations, and there is no other restaurant option. The walls are thin and sound travels easily and we could hear a loud TV for hours while trying to sleep. The lighting in the room was limited and half the lamps didn't work. The bathroom walls need cleaning and the towel supply was minimal.

The price was appropriate for the stay and the quality. The staff was basically friendly but nothing more and the front desk adjusted the price to give me the best deal.

Kind of dirty, checked in and our room wasn’t clean then about 10 minutes later there’s a knock on the door and the cleaners came in and finished cleaning. Dirty sheets and a garbage bag sat in the hallway for our whole stay and started to smell very very very bad couldn’t even be on the in the hallway without plugging your nose and holding your breath. I also didn’t get the room I booked I booked a Queen on bed room and we got a room with 2 double beds.

Room was comfortable. People and staff were friendly.

The dirty bathtub, the dirty floors in the lobby and the lady sleeping for about 5 hours in the lobby.

I truly can't think of any thing that I liked.

Only negative was being woken up at 2:00 a.m. by a guest pulling in the fire alarm.

The door kick plate was broken amd the room wasn't the cleanest there was broken finger nails at the entrance people sleeping on the chairs in the lobby rat traps visible etc.

Thin walls. Neighbours were watching TV all night. Elevator was not working so it was hard to move all the luggage around.

Elevator out and no ice machine. Asked to pay 12 bucks for some ice at restaurant. Was missing door security latch as well as a plug for the tub

The cleanliness of the rooms, there were spots on the walls that needed to be washed where something had been spilled. The end of the one bed was broken off. The curtain chain was ripped out of the wall, the plug ins in the one room did not work and the windows needed to be washed.

The room that they gave us at first was obviously not cleaned and we have to call reception to transfer to another room. It’s not refundable so we stayed but our stay was uncomfortable knowing rooms are not being cleaned enough

I thought the blankets were bed sheets. But honestly I sleep hot so this was more of a plus than anything.

Convenient, affordable & clean. I work in hospitality. For a budget hotel this was a pleasant stay.. Nothing above and beyond and nothing unsatisfactory. You want a room to sleep for the night you get a room to sleep for the night.

The reservation said it was supposed to be a suite, but instead, it was just a room. Also, the first room that was provided was not clean and had a lot of dirty stuff, even though the bed was made. I had to go and get my room changed, in middle of the night

Washroom doesn’t have garbage bin and towel mat. We called the front desk if it’s normal not to have a garbage bin in the washroom and they said yes. We been in many hotels & Suites and this is the first time that our wash room doesn’t have garbage bin & towel mat for the floor. The entrance door from our room has some issues as well. We booked for 2 people when we get there we only have 2 pillows. Bed are small I’m not sure if it’s twin or queen bed.

It would have been better if the front desk clerk was at her post when I wanted to check in. Waiting 20-25 minutes in the crowded lobby was very unpleasant. I was tired and just wanted to go to my room. When the clerk returned to her post she carried a take-out container of food. She said she had to go to get food. There is a restaurant at the hotel. I suggested to her that I take my lunch with me when I go to work. My meaning was she could do the same. There was no breakfast.

The adjoining room door was not very sound proof, could hear the guests in the next room talking, their tv and phone very clearly, if we had our tv or phones off; which means they could hear us as well.
