There was a problem with the bathroom for 3 hours on our last day which was inconvenient & we were not offered an alternative or compensated. Perhaps provide some teabags in room & liquid handsoap rather than bar soap.

The daily clean was very good & bed comfortable. Location & on site parking was good too.

The room did not have a microwave which is a basic need. The hotel did not even offer any complimentary breakfast but that was not mentioned in the itenary as well. The attached restaurant does not operate at Lunch time which makes it little difficult but because of the great location we could access all great restaurants at downtown. It needed more lighting specially near the living room mirror.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very great. Its in walking distance from downtown and all bus stops are right out of the gate. Staffs were very friendly.

The reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly, not rude but it stood out. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

I felt the hotel rates were about 20% too high for what you get. I think they are abusing the guests with these rates, and parking is additional?

It's a nice place but nothing special. Pretty much a formulaic "nice hotel". My biggest issue was Banff itself - crawling with summer tourists and this hotel was just another faceless nice place to stay. We couldn't get out of Banff fast enough.

No breakfast is included (I prefer that), and the restaurant on location is just a pizza place and not affiliated with the hotel. That is a bit of a bummer as we had to go elsewhere to get food.

I liked the hotel overall. The location is a bit farther from downtown proper, making walking tiring when you go both ways. I did like that they have parking underground, but it is an added cost. The Roam bus does pick up and drop off nearby, so that is helpful. The room was quiet and I appreciate that.

It doesn’t have a pool (just hot tub) or even small fitness center, which is fine. Spent virtually the entirety of each day out and about anyways. The bed and pillows were fine for me but for some the bed may be too firm and the pillows too thin and soft.

I think the location being a little walk from downtown is actually perfect. You’re removed from the hustle and bustle, but still a quick enough walk away, as well as accessible to Banff busses. And, it’s very easy to find street parking there (despite being there during peak season). The hotel is run well and the staff are excellent, they were always ready and willing to help with no fuss.

Restaurant closed in the morning, so no breakfast. Vending machines didn't work. No coffee available except the 2 pods in your room.

Property was clean, but front desk staff wasn’t the most pleasant towards me, and I am a Muslim Hijab wearing woman. I didn’t want my room cleaned, but I needed some extra supplies because they left individual pieces in double bed rooms, they didn’t deliver the items nor inquire about it , nor apologized about it when I confronted them. The price for room for one night was $400 and actually didn’t have any special things. Parking is $20 per day extra.

Larger bathroom.

We had a corner room with a Juliet balcony on two sides that we could be opened. It was very nice.
