Loved the location

The bathroom area was small but functional, however house keeping could have done a better job. There were a few hairs on the tub and shower walls, there was also a chunk of soap in the drain. I also didn't find the pressure as good, compared to some other places we have stayed, however it was nice and hot! The hot tub not so much, but most hotels/motels hot tubs aren't hot enough. It also looked a little on the green side. The pool was no in operation. On that note, I do believe they're in the process of fixing the whole place up, so give them leeway. No vending machines and a few city blocks from the nearest convenience store. I did mention condition of bathroom to the manager upon check out and he pleasantly thanked me for the information and said he would speak to his housekeeping staff.

The view of the river and mountains. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The lower rooms had walk out access to a lawn. There was a gazbeo area with a table. It was located close and very easy access to the hospital, but in a park like area. Actually just down the road is a dog park and River walk. Although I did not have breakfast, I did check it out. They had small omelets, sauages, muffins, apples, a few cereals, few options of bread for toast, orange, apple and one other flavor of juice.

The hot tub was not very hot and had things floating in it. The pool looked dirty too. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Had to ask for 2 more.

Room was nice. Jacuzzi tub plug was rusty and scratched you in the tub. Walls of the bathroom had visible dirt lines from moisture even though we never used the shower in there. I let front end know when I left

The night shift front counter staff needs much more training and understanding of the rules.

They have a hot tub , heated pool and an excellent breakfast with a good variety .

The room was clean but the patio door could use a cleaning and fix the screen.

Very quiet & comfortable. To be able to park just out our door with a balcony, view was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The heat unit makes a very loud noise I couldn't sleep all night

Dirty through out , Went to the hot tub to warm my tired bones .. You could see the dead skin floating in it. It seems most of the people staying were highway workers, At 5:00 am you could hear people people screaming outside our door . Not a peaceful place to rest

Property next door detracts from sense of safety and security. Homeless person camping there.

The room could have been cleaner and there were a lot of flies in the room

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value as breakfast was included. The view of the river was great.

The location is very close to the highway, you cannot leave the window open at night and be ready to turn to a side road right in the middle of the highway to access the place.

The river view was nice, but the balcony was tiny whit no table, only two chairs. Breakfast was just OK. Duvets were too heavy for the time of the year we traveled and the duvet was stained, but they changed the duvet upon our request and provided light blankets.
