Location was great and staff was so kind. The rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. We had an enjoyable stay. The bathroom had heated floors which felt so great. The included breakfast was so amazing and delicious.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping and the porter/concierge! Our family of five was so grateful for the excellent breakfast included in our stay, it allowed us to start our day with ease.

The building only had one elevator and it was rather small, can be a bit of an inconvenience if you have large pieces of luggage

Great location (sits right on top of two subway lines and close to bus stops that can take you to almost all major attractions in the area); excellent breakfast menu (we particularly enjoyed the omelette); very comfy room (bed and pillows were soft, shower room was spacious, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was an extra bonus)

Little dodgy of neighbourhood but thar’s normal big city downtown. Pillows were to fat and a little hard.

Surprisingly quiet. Big bathrooms with nice products. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Not large rooms but fantastic for the price.

The lobby was a bit small, and there was no car park. Anyway, that's acceptable to me.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location. I don't think the elevator was too slow.

The drug use on the street around the hotel and how much the late night street noise came into the hotel rooms on the lower floors.

I loved how helpful the staff was from the front desk manager down to the cleaning staff. Gave us great ideas for things to see nearby, even recommended a place close by to exchange currency for no charge.

Lovely staff, shout out to Juan for his excellent recommendations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very clean, small but it's all you need. Close to sky train, malls, food etc. Great spot

There was not much I didn't like. The elevator was on the small side. The elevator was a bit slow.

Great building, updated to be clean and trendy but still has old charm feel. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with great soaps and shampoo. Breakfast included but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try it. We checked out the restaurant on the lower level though and it looked great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very central for everything we wanted and a short walk from the SkyTrain station from the airport

Had a few issues with the reservation through Booking.com but hotel staff was kind and understanding and even gave us a room upgrade for the trouble.

Well worth it for the free breakfast alone! A small hotel but considering the history of the building it makes sense.
