You could hear a lot of people outside of the room, whether it’s up or down or outside the door. The heating didn’t quite work. No free parking

When we arrived to the room it smelled dingy. Sorta like mildew. There was still a condom and wrapper left in the room prior to arrival. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room. Also no hot tub is sorta a let down for the amount of money paid.

I liked the central location. Definitely made it easier to get to places I wanted to go. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and they were able to answer any question I had about the area. The store in the lobby was helpful as well

the facility: the smell of weed runs from bottom to upper floors, hallways can do a better cleaning, multiple elevators are great but slow and squeaky

Parking is not included in the stay- I was told I had To pay extra. A few things in the room (clock, coffee maker) did not work. We ordered breakfast to the room- it was not good at all and really pricey.

The rooms are not amazing but fine for sleeping.

The pool was glorious, warm. The staff at the front desk was amazing. The bistro staff was also excellent.

The automatic door was broken to enter the hotel. The lobby smelled like smoke and was not clean. Elevator smelled as well. Room was not clean - I could see a dust under tv and shower was dirty.

The location from a highway was excellent and drive to downtown was within 20 minutes.

Some amenities (Garden Cafe, spa/whirlpool) are on the website but no longer available. TV remote didn't work as expected, lamp on-off switches were temperamental. Bathroom sink drain was nearly plugged (very slow to drain). Cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper, but no serious issues, and very comfortable.

Staff were great. Location was great. Amenities were nice or adequate.

The bathroom was still badly in need of renovation. The wallpaper in the hallways is old, dark, cracking and depressing. The elevators have been and continue to be ugly and scary.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the past 25 years (my wife's parents live three blocks away. The updated room was quite nice. The lobby is nice and the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful.

Beds were very uncomfortable, people smoked way too close to the entrance and the grounds were dirty with garbage. The facilities were also very dated and old.

Tub and shower, seem to be leaking a bit. Needs a coat of paint on the walls in the bathroom. Did not like being in the basement. However, perhaps this was all that was available.

Room was not clean - the chair had what looked like popcorn pieces all over it. Food was mediocre. Staff were not even remotely friendly, taking a few moments to orient someone to the property etc would have been nice - it was not like it was busy when I checked in

As a paying guest having to pay for parking. $ 4.25 for a cup of mediocre cup of coffee. Had a spring sticking out of the mattress. The facility was clean but tired.

The “crib” we paid an extra $20 for was a beat up Pack-n-Play. The soundproofing in the room was awful and we heard people stomping and talking and slamming doors all night. The pillows were rock-hard and lumpy. The beds were not much better. Breakfast was expensive, and coffee was bitter.

The pool looked nice. The staff were kind.

The property was ok. Staff not helpful. We paid a security deposit. But still not received it back. They charged twice and still not got it back. Staff not helpful.
