Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe showers LOL I think it must be a design flaw... half of the shower wall is glass and does not move, and half is just completely open; when the shower turns on it immedietly sprays out onto the floor... thats really the only complaint!
I LOVED the free breakfasts!!!! Normally hotels offer pretty unhealthy options; but Towneplace offered fresh eggs, yogurts, quiches, fresh fruit, etc, every morning for FREE ontop of a 24hr free coffee bar. It was amazing. The housekeepers were so so sweet and friendly! Shannon went above & beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!

CanadaOne of the shampoo/body wash bottles fell off the bathroom wall into the tub while I was asleep and it was incredibly loud and jarring.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. Without exception, pleasant, helpful, patient and completely service-oriented. I also appreciated that it was possible to clean the room without scent though scent in the lobby was very strong.

Good value and ideal location for exploring by car, There is no bar or restaurant but a 1 min walk across the parking lot is Shoeless Joes Sports Bar & Grill, very nice, they also have a patio area with 2 BBQ grills for guest use.. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. There is a nice buffet breakfast, The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate.
