Housekeeping only consisted of emptying out trash. Parking stalls were too small. No real signage to laundry facilities, which seemed like they were in a dungeon.

The place was a bit outdated. We stayed there for four nights and it was so inconvenient for us to reset our room keys everyday at the front desk, because they only work once a day.

It was a home away from home. I like that the kitchen was fully furnished with pots and pans, cooking essentials, dinner service, and most of the kitchen essentials. We cooked our daily breakfast comfortably. It was very close to downtown Banff. We had a great view of the trees and downtown Banff from our balcony. The woodburning fireplace was so cozy and gave us a cottage feel.

Indoor pool was a little cold but could be the time of year.

We just didn't like the smoky smell of our accommodation from the fireplace. We are allergic to some firewood. So we don't normally use the fireplace. Birch is our choice, if ever. However, we will come back again. We've been here multiple times.

Overall, we like the property, location, the accommodation with loft, service, and they entertain our few requests.

The Parking lot was not large enough to fit a full size suv, but you might park your vehicle in front of the front office.

It has a second floor and a platform, which makes it a great place for a family to stay.

Car parking was tight esp with the size of some vehicles. I would prefer allocated parking so I can park outside my room. The guest laundry is tight for space and difficult to keep the door open making it like a sauna when dryers are on.

Our room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Have stayed in more than 8 properties over the last 2 weeks and this bathroom was the best! The shower was clean and new, roomy, great water pressure and heat..but most importantly there was bench space!!!

I love how cozy and warm the place was. The exterior design can be deceitful as it looks dated but the interior will leave you in awe. We really enjoyed our stay because the chalet has everything we need. I would definitely go back!

I have a particular dislike for rumpled sheets. The sheets were a bit rough with no contour so the under sheet was always lumping up.

The resort is located just on the edge of town with a marvelous view of Tunnel Mountain. The rooms are rooms with a tv in both bedrooms and the main room. Firewood and starter are provided. The staff is helpful and friendly and you receive free town bus passes for your stay. The room cleaning was done efficiently and we always had fresh towels and any other amenities we needed. Overall, it is a comfortable choice with no complaints

Great location to downtown and famous places both.Fireplace was amazing. Very convenient and modern inside but still available to feel the nature. Great stat for big family. 한국 가족이 긴 기간 묵기에 너무 편안하고 좋았습니다. (마운틴 코티지 숙박) Mountain Cottage was a very Banff-like accommodation.

Bed was really squeaky! The stairs up to the loft are not for anyone with mobility issues (we were fine though).

Great staffs, very helpful and informative. We were helped a lot by Catherine who booked all of our tours in Banff and Jasper. We stayed for 3 nights and when we came back for our fourth night after 2 nights in Jasper, our room was upgraded to a much bigger room. A kind gesture of them!

Very spacious , town home style layoff with two floors. Quiet as it’s not in the downtown core area. Bus stop right in front of the resort for guests to take to and from downtown Banff. Staff very accommodating and responsive.

The only negative (and a very small one) is just the challenges of the parking lot--most guests drive SUVs or trucks, so just know that it is a bit hard to get in and out of parking spaces sometimes.

Was very convenient having a pretty much fully-equipped kitchentte--helped us save on meals. Bus pass was also convenient when we didn't want to drive. Location not excactly walking distance from downtown, but for the convenience of a kitchenette, it was worth it. As a family of 3, we also appreciated having 3 separate beds--a rarity to come by. The wifi was excellent--worked well for light usage (social media, messaging, light web browsing, map apps, weather apps, etc.) Staff was very kind and helpful as well! All in all would recommend this place, especially for longer stays or if you have a group!
