It definitely had a “dorm” feeling, with old furniture…so I felt the price should have been more in line with that.

The grounds were beautiful, as was the reception area. I was happy to see a coffee maker and some toiletries provided. The room was very clean.

Wasn’t 100% sure about the shared bathroom situation, but no one was in the adjoining room, so not really an issue.

The price of it was way too much for what it was, unfortunately. Also, I didn't realise quite how "out of the way" the UBCO was - there was nothing around, not within walking distance anyway. Unfortunately, I also chose to stay over the weekend, and a long one at that, so the usual Tim Horton's and Starbucks weren't even open! Lesson learned. It's a lovely place to stay, but you really do need a car to get around.

I was generally really pleased with my stay here. The staff were very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable, and the room and buildings in general were very clean. The room, in particular, was exactly what I expected - simple, to the point, yet very light and well-maintained, so I was pleased with it. Plenty of room to hang and store clothes, and a large bathroom which was for single use only - lovely! Plus, there was a laundry room on site, so that made a big difference!

No hair dryer in the room and bathroom lights on a weird timer.

Very basic, the rooms don’t have much in the way of amenities (no hair dryer in the room), walls are a little rough, bathroom lights are on weird timers. But overall, slightly better than a hostel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The door needs some fixing. It is too loud when you are closing it and not using a hand to hold on. It will be annoying for other guest to hear that.

The bedroom is spacious and has enough storage for clothing. Air condition system is a great plus as the summer weather can be so challenging for me at times.

The place is best suited for sleeping, and studying. Not ideal for staying for a vacation. This is a great place for students obviously and served our purpose of having a place to sleep for the one night layover in BC

CHARGING PORT IN ROOMS WEREN'T CONVINIENT BUT OTHERWISE IT WAS A GOOD ROOM. AIR CONDITIONING COULD BE BETTER. DID GET A LITTLE SUFFOCATING AT NIGHT AS THE ROOM HAD NO VENTILATION AND THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT THE MOST EFFECTIVE.

THE LOCATION AND STAFF WERE GREAT. CHECK IN PROCESS WAS SMOOTH AND PARKING WAS EASY TO FIND. PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY AND GREAT FOR A SHORT TRIP IF YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO CRASH IN COMFORT. HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT

We stayed here overnight so that we could catch a flight in the morning. The campus had everything we needed and was very quiet and safe. Our room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Exactly as expected. Right by the airport (30min walk / 5min drive).and serviced by a bus line (#97) to go downtown. It's a great way to stay in Kelowna during the peak tourist season but at a great value.

At this time of year, only two or three cafes open. Only one in evening. A problem unless you have a kitchen apartment or a car. I didn't. Campus almost shuts down on stat holidays.

It is well-located, even though it is not close to downtown there is a bus loop within walking distance. The space is clean and appropriate for a short period

I didn’t have breakfast, they only supplied two coffee bags so the second morning I had none. The air conditioner kept reverting to 24C so I kept waking up hot. They almost doubled the price since last year.

The parking was excellent, the accommodation clean, quiet, and accessible. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
