The proximity of the hotel to public transit and the Church/Wellesley village was perfect.

The parking is very narrow and the area is very small. I did have difficulty trying to get in and out of the parking lot. I would be careful if you have a larger vehicle.

The location was Central to where we wanted to go, and I like the fact that it was a secure building. The room was small but very comfortable. The building had a lot of unique features to it, it had a charm to it that was really sweet. The young lady at the front desk who assisted us was very helpful.

There were many appliance sockets. The staff were absent most of the time and when you were there you had to call them in order to attend you.

I would say these rooms are for folks who intend to be out and about - they are cute & cozy, but not all rooms are big and they aren't outfitted like chain hotel rooms. To be fair, this is exactly what I needed and wanted so it worked splendidly for me, but figured I'd mention it if it's not others' cup of tea.

Love the location, area is near activities but also quiet, price is great, rooms are quaint, home-y, & clean. I also greatly appreciate the service/options they provide for late check-in as someone who travels after a workday.

Generous tea and coffee facilities but they were in a cupboard. TV, which we didn't use, very 'delicate' so we couldn't use the electric socket to charge our numerous devices.

Bed headboard needed to be raised as the floor went downhill as you got to wall where headboard placed.

There was a coffee machine but really no place to set it up. I didn't know that area of town so stayed close to home base.

Linens and towels were exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, I had a single room that was a bit small . The soap bars were also small , probably less waste. All in all good value for money especially in Toronto.

For me was too hot in the room, not enough natural light and there was a very bad smell coming from the sink. I couldn’t find anyone never at the reception desk and that for me is a bit annoying. Nevertheless, you could easily reach the staff over the phone, texts and they were running to attend you

It was tough being on the third floor without an elevator. There was also some disappointment with the dust on the electrical cords.

The check-in time was short, I couldn't make it in time. However, there were online instructions, so there was no issue. The facilities weren't the most modern, but they were sufficient. The room had own bathroom. There were also a microwave, a kettle, and cutlery, additionally, there were coffee and tea provided. The surrounding environment was quiet. Nevertheless, there were eating places and supermarkets, making it comfortable to stay.

A very pleasant room. Really enjoy you lovely, peaceful garden which provides such a welcoming atmosphere to your guest house. It is extra special to have flowers in blossom at this time of the year.

There was a work table in the room but it was too small to sit and work comfortably on my computer. It didn't matter much since I was only there for one night.

It was very clean and centrally located not far from the nearest subway station and not far from the business center. The neighbourhood was interesting and it was a very quiet street. And there was an airconditioning unit in the room that I appreciated.
