Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My husband said towels are dirty. But we brought our own, so that's fine. And room had strong smell from previous guests.
Check in staff is really nice, he knew all the bookings. I only told him I booked 2 rooms, he aldy knew who I am, very nice and impressive. We didn't request fridge in room which cost $10 but our rooms have fridges.

Free breakfast was made up of two cold cereals, white bread and brown bread for toast, and tea and coffee. Very disappointed that there was no bagels, muffins, croissants, yogurt, or any other foods that would normally be part of a continental breakfast. I had my cup of coffee and moved on. Available TV channels were very limited and was not impressed. Lastly, my room never got cleaned or replenished during my entire stay. Some new shampoo/soap or new towels would have been nice.
The room was very spacious. Nice King bed and the Jacuzzi tub was great. It was overall a nice clean room that was satisfactory. I was also a big fan that there was a fridge in my room which was handy to store some water and beverages. The fireplace gave a nice ambience also.

Almost every thing is good and management improves a little bit breakfast menu , and comfort fro beds are insufficient to cover low temperatures, and feeling of cold in night sleeping 🛌
Rooms are specious and very good, breakfast was ok and justified in the given price and beds are no doubt very comfortable , everything was value for this money and better than many hotels giving the same facilities in double and triple of price

The carpet in the room needed a better vacuum, furniture very dated, banged up. Electrical connection on lamps not very safe.
Beds are very comfortable, clean bedding and towels.

At this price of +$120/night I would expect a more diverse breakfast.
The location was perfect for us. It was clean and quiet all the time, some traffic noise but acceptable. The room and bathroom were outdated that's why I rate overall just "6".

No microwave or fridge in room. The vast majority of motels have these basic amenities. To not be able to keep my milk in a fridge, during such a hot summer, sharply lowers the value for money.
Staff were very helpful - outstanding person at reception. Location is extremely convenient and in a quiet area - perfect.

There were hairs around the sink. Cobwebs with dust on them in the top corners of the room. I think the floor and carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Mirror in washroom was dirty. Breakfast was really minimal. No fruit, not a lot of choice for cereal or things to put on toasts - just butter and one type of jam. No peanut butter.
Beds were comfortable. Nice location. I loved that I could park my car just outside my room, very convenient. Pool seemed nice too, even though we didn't use it.

The drapes in the room need to be changed. The shower was very slippery with no floor mat.
We did not have the breakfast. The location was good and the staff very friendly.
