Breakfasts were excellent and very large. I didn’t need any lunch! Anca is quick to reply to any questions and the area is immaculate.

This was a wonderful property for a couple or even a couple with a child. We were surprised at how much space we had: a living room, kitchen with dining table, enormous bedroom with 2 big beds, and large bathroom. We also had a private entrance and a parking spot. The location was so nice because we parked our car and then could walk everywhere in Niagara-on-the-Lake, including to all the Shaw Festival theaters, the lake, and the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was brought to us in the morning by our lovely landlady. We also had the kitchen with a full-sized fridge, sink, mw, electric kettle, and coffee maker. It was really perfect.

Anca was a gracious and fabulous host - just the right amount of attention to make sure we had exactly what we needed, whilst giving us space to enjoy our time in NotL. Her breakfasts each morning were exquisite - and she bakes the most incredible muffins. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, in a beautifully quiet neighbourhood - the bedding on the bed was a delight and we slept like a dream.

This B & B is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The suite was very clean, super cute and perfect for a couple days away. The location was perfect for walking to the main strip of Niagara on the Lake and was beyond quiet over night. The bed was extremely comfy with great pillows, which for me was a huge bonus. The host Anya was so accommodating and sweet, we wouldn’t hesitate to send everyone we know to stay here! The breakfast she made each morning was beyond delicious and was better then most restaurants we’ve visited.

Lots of stairs to get to our suite. I just wouldn't suggest it for elderly or disabled. I think the other suites would be fine though. We had the top floor and I have back issues. I should have explained or checked disabled when I booked. Just a tip for people.

i loved the apartment and appreciated the good sized bathroom. the apartment had all the amenities we could possibly need. the street was very quiet and the garden was so well kept. above all Anca, our host was so welcoming and I experienced the BEST omelette I’ve ever had. the cleanliness was second to none. i would stay again when I visit the area.

Anca was an amazing host, she was very welcoming and her breakfasts are exceptional! She goes the extra mile for her guests - she went out to help us get luggage straps immediately when we found out our luggages were spoilt by the airport staff. Communication was easy and we couldn't have asked for a better to stay at Niagara-on-the-Lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Everything was well taken care of, including my dietary restrictions. The kind hostess was prompt in coming to our suite to welcome us and made us comfortable the moment we arrived. Parking was perfect, just outside the door of our accommodation. Great place to visit, relax and enjoy!

We liked the privacy and quiet setting in a very convenient location. the homemade breakfast was nutritious and sumptuous. The suite was cozy and comfortable! The welcoming hostess was wonderful on every level. Excellent service from start to finish!
