The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights, book-ending our 7-day hike of the Tour des Combins. They graciously let us store our non-hiking bags there for the week.

The accommodations are perfectly located for the Tour Des Combins with the bus stop right at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The large patio was perfect for relaxing in the sunshine after a long day. The lodging and food prices were very reasonable and a great value.

We had to leave early morning, before the breakfast was officially available. The staff at the hotel provided us with a plate of breakfast food to have in our room, including instant coffee and tea, which made our early start very comfortable! It was very kind of them to do that.

This place is incredible, Pierre is probably the nicest person I have ever meet. The place is small but super cozy, I would say its perfect for 2 people but can fit 3 if needed. Cannot recommend it enough

Very remote, what a view when we woke on January 1st with the snow on the mountain. Staff is very friendly, they typically don’t open to public, only for company events, but it was a very good experience. They have a long experience of tourism throughout the world.

Hotel is centrally located, with great amenities, spa, massage, jacuzzi, and very comfortable rooms (loved the Persian rugs!). Loved the Nona restaurant and easy access to it from hotel's side. Staff is absolutely amazing, they let us use our room even though we arrived a bit earlier than check in time ❤️

The hotel has its own outpost of Mountain Air so all the hassle of getting equipment is taken away. There is a shuttle service to take you to the ski lifts. The room was outstanding, large and tranquil. Breakfast was excellent, and the spa was amazing.

    Amazing location on our way up Grand St Bernard pass. Staff were warm and helpful, with a good level of English. Option of eating at hotel worked out well. Lovely breakfast and we bought fresh bread from the proprietor,for our picnic layer in the day. Quiet location away from main road.
