Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The parking spot in the hotel was extra paid, which is ok, but they put us in a parking spot where neither the passenger door nor the trunk door could be opened! The room was not exactly as depicted in the photos. The indoor pool, which we used upon our arrival and were the only ones there, seemed not to be fully cleaned.
Excellent location and great variety in foods and drinks for breakfast, which were also very tasty! The setting where breakfast was served and the view from that place were also fantastic, as well as the hotel's design, which features a lot of light and beautiful paintings! The fact that an indoor and outdoor pool was offered was also great! The personnel were very kind and helpful! After a rainy day, they have cleaned the front windshield of the car! The fact that was coffee in our room was also perfect along with the chocolates and the warm wish card found after the cleaning of the room!

nothing to complain.
I particularly liked the small pool on the roof of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me with a boat timetable. The hotel is located not far from the lake. The room was quiet and clean.

Gym need very little addition to be on par with the rest.

Very clean comfortable hotel with a rooftop pool. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful. Ticino ticket included in the price gave free public transport and buses to town centre were frequent so easy to access city centre

The rooms were a bit small and the furniture felt outdated. Also, parking was limited and a bit expensive.
The location was great and close to many attractions. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view and was a perfect place to relax.

Waiting time for any front desk help can last a long time. I've stayed here twice and it was the same both times. Waiting up to 20 minutes to check in or out seems extensive.
Breakfast was good--many choices. The room was clean. The location is close to everything.

Great location and friendly staff, but poor air circulation in the room Unfortunately, the view from our room wasn't very nice, and we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air. The air conditioning had to run the whole time, which made the air feel quite stale. This made it difficult to sleep at night. For people with allergies or sensitivity to air conditioning, this could be a problem.
