Nothing really, everything was better than we expect. If it were to be one thing that would be the price of this Hotel is the most expensive throughout our trip since it's Zermatt, everything is expensive here.

I like everything here. The food was great, variety to choose. They have fitness and some course like Pilates that need booking. Our rooms have sofa bed it was big and as nice as the main one. Only the entrance of the room is a bit cramp. The receptionist was nice, he recommended a place to eat and visit that we get the best experience we have. He also recommended Unplug Zermatt festival, sadly we didn't go.

The pool (water was warm), spa, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Our apartment was comfortable and spacious and the areas were nicely distributed.

Helpful feedback: Booking.com guests are not entitled to afternoon tea. Hotel did not have our previous stay during summer 2023 in the system.

We were 3 people and one had to sleep on the sofa, which was becoming a very big bed. However, the quality of the mattress was not the best, this is the only thing that could be improved.

Location is the best, 1 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was really tasty with great variety and fast service. Clean room with plenty of amenities. Lobby is very beautiful and staff extremely nice.

The hotel is very good! Modern luxurious rooms, great location next to the train station, ski bus stop, ski lift, restaurants and shops. The hotel has an amazing spa and swimming pool. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty.

Room had a balcony with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The location of the hotel was also directly opposite the Gornergrat bahn which made the commute up to the Gornergrat slopes easy and efficient. Staff was super friendly and welcoming everyday. Last but not least, loved the CBD spa which is a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is a great bar service and numerous restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Nothing not to like about the hotel.

Location is perfect for everything. Bus stop for access to all ski slopes short walk away (take green bus) to either Sunnega or Klein Matterhorn access. Rooms and hotel services great.

Need to work on creating warm atmosphere in lobby bar area..seemed dead most times we went in after skiing ..cake, strudel, hot chocolate or free drinks and music?
