Location - if you want to travel with heavy luggage , not actually directly accessible to train station. But if you like the peace & quiet of a small town feeling - this is the place to stay. Remember to atop at Cerelina station instead of the other smaller station, Celerina Staz (only stop on request) . This town has 2 train stations - a bit confusing at first

Great value for the money. Location is perfect for skiing in the Corviglia/St Moritz resort. You can walk to the valley station in 10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes. We traveled with our 8years old daughter and booked the studio M. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. Staff very friendly.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a studio and appreciated the well equipped kitchenette. The location of the hotel ist great for alpin and cross country skiing. We also loved the possibility to get affordable ski tickets during our stay.

We had a two story appartement with beds upstairs. Toilet downstairs which is uncomfortable when you have to go to the toilet during the night. Bad for elderly people. They should book a normal room.

We postponed our stay and the hotel did not charge us!!! Three days free ride for all Engadin cabelecars to Corvatsch, Diavolezza etc. included! Great value!!

The reception lady who checked us in was very rude and curt, she should be trained in customer service as she explained things very rudely to us. The room was also very hot during the night, and there was nowhere in the room we could find to turn the heating off. Also the sofa bed was very loud with any tiny movement, and mattress was thin and hard. However the other beds were good.

Room was clean, and spacious. Bathroom was clean. There was also a kitchen and cooking área, which is great for saving on food by cooking yourself. Location is fine if you go to St Moritz by bus, or get the cable car. But walking it is a bit far. They looked after our backpacks for the day of check out, which was very helpful.

Helpful staff on check-in. Local travel card provided as part of room key was excellent. Top breakfast with enough variety. Service requests were dealt with promptly and effectively. Easy access via public transport to local sights and attractions.

Lounge area a little tight for 3 adults with the sofa bed pulled out/made up but worked ok for our short stay.

Kitchenette lacked a microwave, and more surprisingly a coffee maker, and since there was no free coffee in the lobby, this was the only facility I've stayed at in the world where you had to purchase coffee.

Nothing really- but if there was one thing it’d had to be the floors - the concrete walls and the wood gave the hotel in general and the rooms in particular a rustic look, which was absolutely fine. However, the floors (design, color, material) did not quite match up with the rest…

Location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was of a good size and spanky clean. As an active outdoor family, it came in very handy to have free access to (3!) washing machines and dryers. The mezzanine bedroom was fantastic with heaps of storage space. The duvets were very nice and comfy. The free usage of cable cars and public transport via the Engadin Card is included in most hotels but what made this one exceptional, albeit a small thing, is that when we told the reception staff that we would like to make use of the cards on our check-out day but were not planning to return to Celerina, we were handed a pre-stamped envelope so we could drop the cards into any letterbox in the country.

The only thing I didn’t like was no towels provided for our type of room; a bit inconvenient as they take lots of space in a backpack.

We had a great stay at this hotel, definitely amazing value for money, especially together with the free pass for all cable cars, trains and busses in the neighbourhood included! We had the room option with shared bathrooms - wasn’t a problem at all, very clean and tidy at all times, with minimum people around. Location is excellent, ideal for daily trips in different directions. Hotel staff was very kind, Daniela at the bar was very attentive and friendly.

The breakfast at 15CHF per person was very disappointing and was not close to the standard we received elsewhere during our 6 week stay in Switzerland, and was also the most expensive of all our hotel breakfasts. It was cold meats, cheese, muesli and yoghurt and bread and very tasteless fruit. The cold meats did not cater for persons who do not eat pork. At all other hotels they also gave you boiled eggs which was missing at this breakfast. The rooms are very nice but I would skip breakfast and prepare your own in your room.

The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and spacious. The unit also had a kitchenette with the basics. There was also a laundry room to do laundry. It was a short walk to the Celerina Cresta Palace bus stop or the Celerina Staz.

There was only one soap on the bathroom. We found out it late at night so we had only that for the shower. The receptions is not 24/7. The breakfast was poor.
