We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI only had time for one night at the hotel. I will definitely make it my go-to Hotel the next time I am in Bern.
The Hotel, staff and facilities were amazing. It was the little details that made my stay so enjoyable. Amazingly soft towels, best hotel blow dryers, and great mattress. Make sure you opt for the breakfast! It was over the top. I decided to stay at the hotel for dinner and had the asian inspired buffet...Spectacular! The tram is literally right outside the door.

But still this is a nice hotel and recommended.

The room layout was great. The standard room was larger than expected and was well received. The free mini bar was a nice added benefit. whilst limited it was a bonus.

I loved the facilities, there is a parking garage, two bars/restaurants, and even a casino in the complex. Btw both the restaurants serve top quality food. The location is also remarkable, just one tram stop (or 7 minutes walking) away from Bern's main street.

TurkeyThe bathroom and the room is separated with glass and totally see through. We would prefer an option to disable the see through on the bathroom glass. Shower floor is really slippery, the material used is not safe.
The location is really good. Stuff is friendly and really helpful. We loved the fact that we were given a code to use the Bern public transport and travel in Bern free of charge. They also offered free mini bar.
