I would of liked service of tea and coffee available in the room.

Location was excellent great to walk or get the bus or tram outside the hotel. I like the security and access to room and elevator needed a keycard. Staff were very helpful making our stay comfortable. Satisfied

The lobby smelled like trash the whole trip. Very unpleasant for guests upon entry. The pillows were practically nonexistent as they were as flat as if you weren’t laying on anything.

Room size is fairly small, esp for a family or a romantic trip. Good enough for youngsters but not for someone who is looking for good space Breakfast was in neighboring hotel and bare minimum (hardly any variety)

The shower was a little troublesome, no matter how we tried we got water everywhere. The pillows had nothing to them and when we requested 3 more we got two. The last thing was hardly any outlets. It was a struggle to charge all our things without climbing under furniture...the night light lamp was nice but didn't do the job charging well. In the facilities, The elevator access was a little tight..we could not fit three people and luggage.If you want a hotel with staff in your building this is not for you but they are right next door!! Overall these are little things, if you nailed them it would be a perfect 10!!!

This hotel was wonderful. The ease of check in, the cleanliness of the room, when dealing with staff they were kind and courteous even when dealing with my blunder. The location was perfect! A quick ten minute walk to the train, bus or boat. One direction chapel bridge the other the old swiss house and the lion monument. Cobblestone stores at your finger tips. You could see the lake from the room! Having a fan was a huge plus. The size of the room was ideal, the hotel was very quiet. The street noise could affect some but it is a city and you only heard it if you had windows cracked or open. I would stay again if ever back in Switzerland. Exceeded our expectations!!!

There wasn’t enough space in the dining room for all the patrons. When we arrived one day to find it full, a staff member told us to come back later. It delayed our plans that day.

Balcony door opened into a table..so could not open fully to let air in. No a/c so need the air badly..rooms are hot. We stayed late Sept and temps were still quiet high...if later in year rooms would be perfect

We always like an iron since traveling means wrinkled clothing. Would have enjoyed coffee or tea in the room.

Location was great and we enjoyed the ease of check in. Loved that our room had a balcony so that we could enjoy sitting out in the evenings!
