We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a lot of care put into the cleanliness of the apartment along with the information available to sullort visitors. Chantal was extremely friendly to work with. We would stay here upon any return to the area.

Very cute place with exceptionally good shower and well stocked kitchen. The host was very friendly and put out lots of toys and books for our kid. Lovely village and surrounds.

SwitzerlandBed was a bit hard to get in and out of or have a place to set glasses or phone at night within reach. Pillows could be a bit more firm or thick, as they were somewhat flat. Keep in mind steps throughout the apartment - may not be ideal for small babies or disabled who need a flat floor throughout. Low ceiling height and low door at bedroom - ok for me at 160cm tall, but my husband knocked his head once pretty hard.
Super lovely stay! The host went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. Even provided a little bottle of cava and chocolates, gave thorough communication and info prior to check in and was always responsive. She even provided a crib, highchair and toys for our toddler - he loved it there too! The cave-like space stayed super cool throughout the day, even on a hot, summer weekend. I personally loved the soft mattress and cozy duvet, although my husband found it too soft, and blanket too warm at night. The valley was so peaceful and plenty of space inside the apartment - very easy parking right in front. Very short drive to La Maison du Gruyere cheese making, Gruyere town and the Moleson mountain.

Canadathe train comes once each hour but we liked the quiet atmosphere and idyllic setting
Chantal’s place is a home away from home! She was so thoughtful and arranged to have a high chair, crib and toys for our baby when we arrived. She is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host who communicated with us each step of the way. The place itself is charming and beautiful- I felt I was in a hobbit house and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. The property is spacious and well equipped- it had everything and more than we needed - there was even a fondue set!!! the bathroom is high tech and fancy. the kitchen is modern and had every utensil I could need. the train station is just a few minutes away and the grocery store with the worlds best baguette is even closer. we will be back Chantal!
