Beautiful traditional style hotel, quiet surroundings, excellent food at the restaurant. Very conveniently located for travelling by car to ski Resorts nearby. Ski room with heated rack.

No lift in this hotel.

Its located in very beautiful area. We got free upgrade for room without even asking for it. View from room is amazing. Bathroom size is very big and tub etc makes it even more satisfactory.

Bathroom was not that clean lots of hair from previous guests on the door and wall of the bathroom. Rest was fine.

Unfortunately, hotel didn’t have any conditioning system and we were provided with a little fan which couldn’t do much in hot days,so we had to leave the windows open and tolerate the noise which was coming from hotel outdoor restaurant until late.Another down side was not having a fridge in the room which could have been very helpful in hot days. Also,hotel parking is not free for hotel customers.

Hotel location was very good with easy access to tourist areas such as Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier, Salim, who was very kind to us.

Dated decor and interior (although clean), small shower. Car got blocked in by people at a business meeting of some sorts (taken care of by staff in 5 minutes)

Sqeeky floor in traditional bedroom

Great breakfast and dinners. The food was excellent in a large traditional dining room. All the staff were very polite and helpful and really made our stay so enjoyable. Easy parking and access to the hotel with our numerous bags The room was old world but comfortable with tea making facilities not found in most European small hotels.

Location is great. Very rustic and old hotel. It’s comfortable and clean, but it’s old. The floorboard squeak a lot and I the room, the floors are not straight. The staff is nice and breakfast is great.

It was a bit strange, that only the shower and the WC are in the bathroom, the basin was in the room itself. Parking is not free of charge. We were with 2 motorcycles, paid as one car would. We waited for the check-in, also needed to pay some taxes there.

The hotel is nice from the outside, with a great view. The rooms are relatively small, but sufficient. Check out was quick.

It is very near from the bus station and just around 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Train station. So, location wise it’s great. Also the surrounding areas of this hotel is amazing as it’s situated within Winderswil village. Stuffs were great also the breakfast!

Quaint old hotel with a long history in a pretty outer suburb of Interlaken and close to the mountains.

The staff couldn't use the till and billed me wrongly when we had dinner, charging for an extra main and bottle of wine. Not sure if accidentally or not.

The room was ok, and at least it had a kettle. The breakfast was very good with some hot food eggs and bacon .
