Beautiful neighborhood for just 10 min from Interlaken Ost by bus which the stop nearby the hotel.

The floor is a little bit noisy since it’s made of wood.

Central location to explore the mountains and lakes. Good food and posh restaurant. Clean comfortable room.

For that sum of money don't offer too much facilities and the property is quite old. Overall it was good

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot, and the fan provided did little to help. There was no plug by the bed, so my husband was unable to plug in his medical equipment for sleeping. He had to sleep at the bottom of the bed instead. The shower head didn't stay in position for the water to run on you whilst showering. We could literally hear every single word from our neighbours. Unfortunately, we were not happy and only stayed three out of four nights as we were desperate for a decent night's sleep in a comfortable bed.

Good value accommodation (for Switzerland). Very clean room, with comfortable bed, and coffee maker. Good shower. Bottled water provided.

The room was a bit small, with barely 6 inches between the foot of the bed and the window. Restaurant and bar was not open due to staff shortage. Reception decor was... odd.

In the town next to Interlaken. Easy to get around. Plenty of parking and staff communicate well beforehand and afterwards

The bathroom is really small - had to keep the door open. Also as you have probably noticed, this is a really old building and people get organized for hiking early in the morning. That would wake you if you are a light sleeper.

Good location near Lake Brienz and Interlaken.

The room we were offered, in the old part of the hotel, was inferior to the pictures on Booking.com. There was minimal space between the bed and the en-suite, and the step up into the shower was too high for my wife, who has limited mobility. We left without staying overnight.

We didn’t stay in classical Swiss building where we wish to stay, we stayed in modern building but not big deal,

The view from our room was beautiful!! Close to the bus stop and only a 6mins walk to the lake! Love the restaurant - so cozy and food was great!

The check-in time took awhile due to communication issues. Otherwise, it was all great!

Free parking places. Room cleanliness is good. Next to bus stop which connects downtown Interlaken.

The view inside was beautiful.

The hotel is old. They close the restaurant kitchen early, and the shower is small. It doesn't have air conditioning, so the heat was unbearable.
