We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was very basic but it is included in the price so nothing to complain about. The location is in a very quiet street, but still very close to the supermarket (2 mins walk) and to the metro and train station (6 mins walk)

GermanyThe triple room is at the last floor, so in summer it becomes really hot. There is just a ventilator and no AC. Breakfast is not bookable via Booking.com, but if you want it you can use their website. I did not know it until I was there.
Location is good, it is just 5 mins walk to Renens station. The triple room was comfortable, it has 4 windows. It was cleaned every day. The bathroom looked new and in general there was no issue. Check-in check-out procedures were good as well. There is an elevator. There are additional sockets in case you don't have a Swiss socket adapter.

GermanyNO water boiler in the room. I wanted to drink a tea in the evening, but I could not find hot water availability in the hotel.
The hotel is in about 10 min distance by walk from Rennen station. Near station, there is supermarket which opens until 11 pm. The staffs in hotel are super nice. The room was quite, so I could relax well in the room.

SwedenThere is no air conditioning and the street outside is very noisy. I was there in August and it was too hot to sleep with the window closed but also quite difficult to sleep with it open.
The location was good, not very far from the train and metro stations. I was satisfied with the breakfast even though there wasn't that much choice - boiled eggs, croissants, bread, jams, and apples. The staff was very friendly.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Bed and toilet surfaces were clean. The train or metro staion Renens VD is not so far to commute (10 mins walk 700mts).

FranceThe staff were absent; given there were no phone in the room. It was impossible to find them. The quantity of breakfast was limited, the bread would finish, soon. To our bad luck, the elevator had problems(for going down) The towels were only for one person (the room was for three) Noisy street even in the night time. So we couldn't open the windows.
