Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A very nice place to spend a day or two except for skiing. The hotel can be reached only by the cable cabin car. A good and free car parking is available down by Unter dem Birg. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandThe dinner takes extremely long. We enjoy a relaxed dinner but it was a lot of time between dishes. Our kids ate dinner and dessert before we had mains. And we didn’t rush them.

Absolutely exceptional. A most peaceful place, quiet, tidy room, very nice dinner included in addition to breakfast. The staff are extremely generous and accomodating. I hope to come back!

SwitzerlandLift should be included in hotel price since it is the only way getting there. Too warm in rooms in winter, even with heating off. Curtains let light through. Food in the evening is very average. But the nice and friendly personel make up for it.
Next to ski slopes. Nice breakfast with good coffee.
