The room was too small for 3 of us however we didn't spend much time there. In general we enjoy our stay.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is testy with many options.

We have breakfast included. It's shoud be more options for meals. Clasic breakfast. Boiled egs, ham, bread, cheese...little fruite and bakery.

Nice new hotel with big parking and facilities. Cleen rooms with everything you need for your stay. Quiet and good location near Geneve. If you have a car it's very good place to be.

I found the room safe to be very low down in the cupboard and therefore hard to access. It was necessary to take extra care when entering and leaving the bathtub for the shower. It seems higher than most and was slippery, in fact I almost fell so it's a bit dangerous. Either a grab handle or a small step would go a long way to rectify this. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the communal jam jars and the large Le Parfait tube. Individual portions would be much better and make that part of the buffet less "messy". Bacon on the buffet would also be appreciated.

Plenty of parking in a safe environment. A very pleasant bar with friendly and efficient staff. The dining facilities are good and the food and service are very good. The room was spotless on our arrival and during our stay.

The pool is under construction but it didn't spoil anything, we just can't wait to revisit when it's finished as it going to be fantastic.

Beautiful setting, and view from our room, (lake and mountain view) staff superb friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet enough to suit all needs, room warm and cosy slept like babies.

Shame the outdoor pool was being refurbished, we will have to return in spring!

Lovely spa, beautiful location, nice breakfast with delicious pastries. Very easy to get into town and free shuttle to/from airport is ideal. Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Already recommended to a friend.

I did not like the restaurant so much. I found the food bland (burger and pesto linguini ). The cocktails looked delicious however as I saw many others drinking them. One rather rude waitress at the restaurant told us there was no availability and that we had to have booked. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were not aware of this. She told us to get room service. We asked to see the bar menu and instead of giving it to us she hovered over us and rolled her eyes at the customers behind as if to say we were taking to long. We asked another waitress who was so nice and seated us straight away. Bizzare! There were also plenty of tables not dressed and also dressed tables available so we were unsure as to why we were turned away by the first lady.

Breakfast - great! Good selection, clean and tidy. The room was basic but with everything needed. It was clean and comfortable. The use of the spa was extra, which I think could have been included in the price as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel too. The pool was nice, small but never too crowded. It is a busy hotel, lots of events/ people working etc which created a nice atmosphere but if you need somewhere quiet to work, perhaps not the best choice. The two receptionists who greeted us, and checked us in were super lovely and smiley!

Outside Eating area was very pleasant with a nice view - however the coffee machine was broken ! The hotel was very convenient for Geneva Airport.

Was expecting bigger rooms and of a higher standard. We had a glass shower wall which did not seal properly so after a shower the whole badroom was flooded. No airconditioning and a room which only opens partially. Please know that this hotel is also located along the highway. It does however offer a view over the lake (in the distance) but do not expect that every room has a nice view.

We where here end of august. We expected a more quit hotel which is focussed on comfort and relaxation (due to the spa) but we saw a hotel what was handling larger groups and smaller rooms. Nevertheless the staff was great and the breakfast was great.

We arrived just before midnight and there no room service options. Small bedroom and quite tired condition/decor.

The view onto the lake was lovely. Open air options for dining also allowed you to take advantage of the view. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
