I have had larger toilets on airplanes! Bathroom is way too small. The matrasse was too soft for my liking. The bluetooth speaker in my room didn't turn on.

excellent view. spacious, modern lobby, great location. large selection on the breakfast menu, lovely outdoors terrasse. Balcony in the room is a nice touch. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice shower pressure including rain shower.

Breakfast menu does not have that many options and they keep the same menu every day. I got bored of them after my 3rd day of staying in the hotel.

The location is amazing, just opposite to the lake and walking distance to the train station and local shops. The view from 15th floor where I stayed in was breathtaking. Staff were helpful.

Bathroom slightly outdated but not an issue.

The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from the train station, on the lake promenade with a breathtaking view from the room. Room spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice complimentary coffee in the reception. Complimentary mini bar in room with coffee capsules and coffee machine.

They just need to be a little more thorough on the cleaning in rooms and smell of dust . Therefore I left the windows open for circulation of air . The bathroom chrome finishing on bath tub is rusted and should be replaced . The hotel is under refurbishment so the swimming pool and hot tub and rooms still not finished . I guess the hotel is making the effort to modernise . Therefore I am looking forward to come back again and see the improvement .

The underground car park is very good and secure . The rooms are fairly clean with good view of Lake Geneva. The mini bar selection is very good . Lots of complementary coffee and juices within reception . The gym is fairly small but has all you need. The sauna and steam room a plus . The indoor dining is sufficient . Improvement to have more selection in the menu . 3-5 options is not enough .

I was a very disappointed with the service at the Saffran restaurant, the food too.

The reception and breskfast staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. Very attentive to our needs especially that we had small baby. Breakfast was great.

Our room was directly outside the lifts - perhaps a sliding door to close the 'foyer'area to the bedroom to help eliminate corridor noise would be helpful.

The room was lovely and spacious, even with a sofa bed in it. View was fab! And location excellent with being right on The Promenade and very central.

A couple of minor issues only: - The room's balcony had an unpleasant smell. I assume either the pipes that are really out there or the air conditioning hole on the wall caused it. Despite the magnificent view, it was not easy to spend time on the balcony. - Gym looked fine, but the wellness area was pretty basic. - Underground garage is a bit hidden. Some signs would be useful.

Overall, it is a great experience: - The hotel is wonderfully located, very central, and our room had an amazing view. - The hotel provides a free public transportation card (with additional discounts for several points of attraction) making the trip more enjoyable. - Mini bar is free, and we got a bottle of regional white wine + chocolate + coffee in the room. There is also free coffee available in the lobby room. - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was pretty nice. - Although I didn't use it much, the Bluetooth speaker in the room was a nice touch.

Some areas of the hotel are being renovated causing some disturbance and the closure of some common areas. I hope the elevators are on the list at some point too.

Location is very conveniently located near to the train station, a large variety of restaurant and best of all, directly on the lake. The views are stunning, staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I can't fault anything, a well-run place.

Well-appointed room with breath-taking views of the lake. Dinner at Tube à Fondue was arranged for us at short notice by the reception staff who are simply excellent and well trained. They look you in the eye and are genuinely interested in your well-being. The way the staff treated me will bring me back. A short walk to great shops, dining options and near the lake ferry.

There is some kind of weird greasy smell in the room we were in. The rooms are very dated for the price quoted. We have stayed in several hotels in Switzerland in better locations with a cheaper price tag and a nicer room. The balcony is very very small. It could be considered a windowless room rather than a balcony.

The restaurant for dinner was okay, not great. The servers were not very friendly, maybe because our French is not great (although we tried to order in French). The included breakfast was fine, although the didn’t have anyone running the omelette station and the room used for breakfast felt like a conference space.

The hotel was well located on the promenade. The reception area was under construction but the person who checked us in (and out!) was very helpful. We had two rooms and they both had great views of the mountains and lake.

The bathroom was very small, and there was construction in the lobby. I never heard the construction from my room, but it may bother lower-floor guests.

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony on the sixteenth floor. The view was worth the price alone.

There were decoration works being carried out in the reception and dust protection should have been better. The lifts are dated and very small but run well.

Was upgraded to a top floor, with a free bar, Amazing views of the Lake and large comfortable room. The sofa bed was too small and a little disappointing. Is a great location with good staff and very central for the Train and Lake, plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided was plentiful and fresh. Good open areas and reception seating with free hot drinks and sweets, helpful staff, second time of staying would return.

No lock on bathroom door, no USB ports in sockets. nothing else really, these are minor issues but worth a mention.

The room wasn't big, but had a great view of the lake, the bathroom was small but it all worked. No lock on the door, not a problem for me and my missus. Bed was comfy and had it all. The staff (Juan) was amazing, he was knowledgeable and i felt he was genuinely nice. he literally sold the hotel in a really nice light, The hotel should be proud to have him as a member of their team. The hotel offers the mini bar to guest, I don't know if it's all year around but that is an amazing touch and both me and my missus were delighted by that. The hotel also give out complimentary bus passes which can be handy if you're travelling around locally. We had forgotten our international plugs but the hotel were good enough to have these to offer us. The coffee machine and sweets were also a nice little addition in the lobby. Nice location to the lake with pretty views of the mountain and is a nice hotel to watch the sunset
