The only thing that is not great is that there is no air conditioning, so far it’s never been an issue because I have never booked during the summer but i can imagine it gets real hot.

I like that it’s in a convenient location, it’s always clean and the staff is really nice. It’s also always been quiet at night, I’ve never even seen anyone else in the building 😅

The bed was fairly comfortable but I think a slightly bigger single bed would have been nice. The bed frame made a little noise when one turned on it. But overall had a great night sleep.

Beautiful building and setting. Excellent staff. Very clean. The bathroom was relatively new and very clean.

A better solution to give access to coffee in the mornings could be found… the set up of a paying vending machine where a cappuccino is CHF 3 is not great

Very nice studio, super spacious bathroom and amazing value for money for Swiss standards. Access to private parking makes all the difference especially being in the heart of Bellinzona

There was no staff present and as a woman travelling alone I felt a bit anxious. There was also quite some noise coming from the hallway as other guests walked past. It was also not possible to lock the door from inside which made it feel more unsafe. I was also unable to get the wifi to work, even though I tried to follow the instructions given.

It was a nice building in a good location. The room was adequate and clean.

- Central location comes with the obligatory traffic noise. While the windows provide some level of sound insulation, it's not really advisable to leave them open at night without ear plugs. - Beds were ok, but could be a bit wider.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Clean rooms and building complex - Convenient location close to old city centre - Nice room terrace - Level of privacy and access security - Business-style hotel, clean and essential (which is what we prefer) - Very good value for money (we needed a short-term stay for 2 nights)

The electronic lock on the door to my room and the key was not working upon my late evening arrival. Fortunately the 24 hr service line was able to help troubleshoot and quickly assigned me a different room - then all was well.

A bit of miscommunication with connecting to the wifi internet. It was supposed to send a code to my phone and never did after repeated tries. As it was over a weekend there was no one in reception on site.

I highly recommend this accommodation in Bellinzona. The staff was very nice, prompt, helpful and polite; the location was great and with a view over Bellinzona's castles and the room well-equipped and clean. Also the check-in /check-out were very simple. I loved my stay here.

It was so cold, the heating was not enough to heat up the room, probably badly insulated windows. It’s the second time I stayed there and I remember the first time it was cold too. The place needs thicker blankets!

Well located for my needs anyway. It is always clean and there’s tea downstairs. It’s also been pretty quiet each time I was there. Staff was responsive.

All apartments should have a basic microwave and refrigerator. Microwaves are very cheap indeed and would allow guests to make hot drinks or warm up / cook quick microwave foods. Bought milk from grocery store but had nowhere cold to store it. There were no cups or basic cutlery. I had to buy a wooden spoon from the local shop to eat food.

The shower was powerful, hot, and the shower base was deep, resulting in a dry bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable and I had the best deep sleep in months. The apartment was only 10 mins walk from the train station, and there were plenty of eating places within 3 mins walk. Host was very helpful. Area was very quiet so no interruptions.

Impossible to pay for coffee or anything with credit card. They only accept cash, also for the payment of the city tax, and during the weekends the office is close, so no staff and no possibility to pay with card.

The view from the room was priceless! Very clean room, comfortable bed and very near the center. Easy to self check in with the codes provided by message.

liked everything but checkout time (9:30a) but the hotel accommodated my late morning plans. Parking was amazingly easy and convenient. I will return on my next visit. Very comfortable, clean, and great for the price.
