It's a historical building and is not 100% noise isolated, but nothing that really bothers you.

The services is super!, breakfast, dinner buffete was really nice, really helpful people, the view from the restaurant is incredible, worth the money.. We coming back for sure. They also have dancing lessons in one of the rooms.. I love it.

The room was very small as was the bathroom and kind of tired looking. Tv was in a strange place and was difficult to view. Considering the grand heritage of this place and the photos of the reception area this hotel is a shadow of it's former self.

The hotel is located way uphill at the opposite end of the town in relation to the main Titlis gondola. This is not so bad since during the day there are free shuttles and for the night time there are a series of tunnels leading from the hotel lobby to the town center, in total about a 10 minute walk. Wi-Fi reception inside the room was pretty bad, you could only catch it in certain spots and it was unreliable. You have to come out to the lobby in order to have a good signal. Guest parking was covered in ice and snow and you could easily slip and fall if you weren't careful. Mattress was a little too much on the soft side for me but that depends on your personal preference.

Room was spacious, and very clean, and there was great view from the balcony. Shower was clean, with good water flow and plenty of hot water. The room itself had a large heating radiator, keeping it very warm and comfy. Reception staff was super helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. Check-out experience was great - they let you store your luggage in their ski room, and at the end of the day they open a room for you where you can take a shower and change! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options as well as various hot beverages. The paper table mats are piste maps, which is pretty useful for planning your day as you eat. Parking for guests is also available.

The cleaning ladies starting vacuuming at 07:30 in the morning. When I approached the staff about this issue, they told me they were allowed to vacuum from 07:00 in the morning. On a sunday. I wouldn't even do that to my neighbor on a sunday! Very rude staff, no understanding. I will never return and will disencourage people to sleep here.

Sehr schönes Hotel in wunderschönen Umfeld.

Wifi wasn't great. A bit hit and miss to get a connection at all, and not very fast at any time. No kettle/tea/coffee in the rooms, but that's not unusual for Switzerland. Walls are quite thin and it's easy to disturb or be disturbed by neighbours.

This is a somewhat old fashioned hotel, but it adds to the charm. Really traditional large alpine establishment. Comfortable rooms with a fantastic view. For once, there's plenty of space in the ski room! The spa is nice for sauna or steam at the end of the day's skiing. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that in the winter, you'll need snow chains and/or 4WD to get to the car park. Failing that, there's an interesting tunnel and lift arrangement to get to the hotel from street level, but you then need to find somewhere to park in the village.

Breakfast menu was limited. We suggest that it can be divided into 2 sets of menus and served alternately each day. Thus, the guest has something to wait every morning :-) It was a bit of long trip to bring our skis back to hotel from the nearest bus stop (bus service was free though). It will be good if there is solution.

The service and staffs were excellent. Breakfast quality was also great. We love the exceptional view straight to Titlis mountain. You will never get disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel had a big restaurant but was reseved exclusively for groups. We were not made aware of this in advance. A very heavy snowfall meant couldn't travel to the village for any food and had to sleep at night with empty stomach. For such a big hotel would have definitely expected them to prepare at least some quick food considering the situation. Was on honeymoon trip and booked a double bed room. But was disappointed to get a twin bed with single individual blankets

A nice heritage hotel maintaining the old world charm to some extent. We had a room with balcony overlooking the village and mountains. However bad weather meant there was no view of the mountains.
