Loved our triple room. Very spacious and clean. All staff super friendly. Keep in mind very quiet (family) hotel. We were at New Year celebration there there was no music unfortunately but its ok.

In our room it was a noise the entire night. Very annoying. You can hear everything from the other room. The parking fee is 15CHF per night. The hotel looks and feels more like a transit hotel and not like a holiday one.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a huge bed and a nice view over the hotel pool, outdoor seating area and best of all, the mountains and Lake Lugano.

Not many vegan options on the menu. The hotel adjusted a dish by omitting the fish (or meat). It would have been nice to have the option of vegan butter at breakfast, although they did provide a plant-based alternative to cows' milk. It was easier for the vegetarians than for the vegans (although limited food choices for both). BE CAREFUL WITH 'BOOKING.COM' !! We had originally booked half-board on the booking.com website but when we arrived at the hotel, this was not the case!! We had to purchase all food on top of the hotel costs already paid. Apparently, this is a common occurrence with that platform.

Lovely view. Very comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. Very clean. The location was absolutely stunning. Public transport was very easy and convenient so it was easy to get around.

There was a strange smell coming from the toilet . But we reported and not sure what they did but it worked only for a while and was on again.

The bus station was just in front of the hotel. Hotel looked clean and good staff. Breakfast was alright. Very nice view to the lake.

Although the parking is available but limited, sometimes you have to park on the second level and the staff should open it for you. Breakfast buffet is poor, no hot food !!

You have to pay €15 extra for the dog per night! You also have to pay €50 per day if you would like to store your bicycle in the garage... There were a lot of weeds around the pool, not sure why they don't clean it.... Unfortunately our room was full with ants. There was a lot of traffic in the morning around 4 am when the Casino closed.

We had a very nice view on the lake. Nice location with lots of sunshine. The breakfast was also nice however the selection is not much and on the border of Italy you would expect better coffee :(

First of all, the surprise: we were given a Suite without asking. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly. The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great. This hotel deserves more stars.

I did not like that it was noisy (room was not on the mountain side, was on the side of the street) and too far away from center.

LThe only thing that havent worked for us is the AC, that didn't cooled the room below 29/30 degrees C and was pretty loud. But it was also insanely hot outside, so who knows...

The hotel and all the facilities are well maintained, modern and clean, exceeded the level one can expect for a 3 Star hotel (especially for bed and pillows)!!! The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The triple room was very spacious and perfect for our family. We had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and lake. Our son enjoyed the pool and we liked that there was a shallow section that he could use. We also liked the location. It was quiet and only a short walk to restaurants. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful.

Be careful about 15chf to park in car park

Staff were excellent. Carlo helped me out with extending my stay and ladies were all great as were restaurant staff. Free bus & train pass. Bus stop directly outside straight into Lugano.
