Only one toilet for 5 or 6 people but it cannot be changed, mattress and pillow can be more comfortable

The lights were not adequate. The main light on the living room was not working. Also there is a smell around the house maybe the vaccum needs to be done more intense ly.

The location is nice and the apartment is spacious and cozy with some nice views around the property.

Didn’t have a laundry station (washing machine + dryer) within the apartment. Although there was a laundromat (bit busy) nearby. Bathroom didn’t have a bidet. Balcony could have been more neat and clean with some proper flooring and furniture. The clock on the wall wasn’t working! Floors creaked while walking but I guess that’s the nature of the structure that’s aged and mostly made out of wood - wont consider it a negative. Nothing a little bit of maintenance won’t fix.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Can comfortably accommodate a family of 6. The Kitchen appliances were fully functional. Living room had 2 big sofas and expandable dining table and chairs. There was a TV (that we didn’t watch). There were some books as well which added to the homely feel. Internet speed was great. All furniture and kitchen appliances you could want. Great bus connectivity to Interlaken West. Could even walk (1.5 km) from both Ost as well as West stations.

The maintenance of the apartament IS note very good, old mattress, shower not closing well, and not draining, floors.. For the price of the night, they should invest on this things to make It more comfortable for the clients The issue at the arrival was solved, yes, but i called the property to inform about this at 14h and text them also... No answer and no call back at all for 3hours (afternpon time) I had to call again at 17h

The location and the space of the rooms are very good, It was clean. We had an issue with thw apartment as It was note ready at 17h, and they gave us the other one (there are two)

There was no facility for little baby to take bath,. there should be some hand shower- The open side should be closed during bath so the water should not come outside.

There was no option for breakfast in the property. but the location is very excellenet. we enjoyed very much. My little baby was very happy.

Not much the apartment can do about this, but the road is busy so the rooms overlooking the front are quite noisy from traffic noise from quite early in the morning.

Nice, big apartment. Everything worked, and while it is outside the main areas of Interlaken, it is in a nice buzzy area. We had nice meals at the nearby restaurants; lovely breakfast at the bakery across the street. Free bus from right outside the door to train stations at Interlaken Ost, West and Wilderswil.

Wooden floors are very creaky and noisy when you walk. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. No staff to cater to any requirements in the apartments.

Location was well connected thru public transport.Apartment was a good size and had a charm of a swiss house. Kitchen was well equipped.

The door to the shower door needs to be fixed as it couldn’t close properly The electric kettle needs to be cleaned or changed, but we compromise by boiling the water over the stove. Perhaps a place to hang outdoor jackets may be helpful.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Its location is great as the bus stop is just beside it. There is a supermarket just at the end of the street which made it super convenient.

If i have to mention any cons it would be the following: -There are no lifts, so had to carry luggage 2 flights of stairs -The mattress were single so there was a gap in between that i fell into while sleeping. - A vacuum cleaner would have been nice to have to clean up. Apart from the minute cons, the stay was excellent.

Its good location with easy access to transport and for shops. The apartment itself is big and spacious and was brilliant.

A bit tricky to find the entrance/main door inspite of instructions. The wall clocks' batteries needed replacement.

A charming place to stay! This was actually one of the best appointed apartment style accommodation we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything and although we didn't it would be easy to cook full meals here if you are staying for an extended time. There are some great local meal options and everything close by. The owners were very helpful and obviously care about their guests.

The lighting in one of the bedrooms could be improved as the ceiling light was weak and the bedside lamp did not work.

The location was a short 20 minute walk from the station and there were plenty of options for food very close by. The property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

The check in is quite confusing because there are 2 places right next to each other also have the similar locker so I tried the wrong one right at the Hotel Tel. But luckily the host met us and help us out with the right apt.

The apt is very clean, spacious, just 100m from super market and some good restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is full equipped, free parking is nice.

The floors were very noisy to walk on, an older building and wooden floors, which was fine for us, but with 3 boys I was afraid we were making a lot of noise and bothering other people.

The property was roomy for the 5 of us, the kitchen, although small, was super cute and totally functional. There was a Coop grocery store just down the street, a pub/restaurant next door and a bakery across the street. It was about a 20 minute walk to town center and it was nice to be away from the business but yet close enough to easily walk there. The owners of the property also own “Let’s get Chocolate Wasted” where we went and did a chocolate making class with Oliwia, who was delightful and the class was so much fun!
