We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location in the heart of the town! Lovely and extra accommodating hosts! We arrived 2h before check in time and they allowed early check in free of charge! Also because we had been travelling Europe, we did not have a Swiss plug, and the host kindly provided one for us as all the shops in the area were closed, with it being a Sunday - this was a great help!

United StatesSo very noisy. It was warm and there wasn’t a fan or air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open with incredible street noise for a Thursday night. Things quieted down just after midnight. Although a personal preference, the main bed was too soft for me. There were several documents to sign with no available English translation.
This was a last minute reservation due to a medical emergency. We were grateful to have a place to stay and our host met us with only a 30 minute notice. The apartment itself is quite nice and is very close to the train station.

SlovakiaDouble bed very soft, not comfortable sleeping. The apartment is in the city center which has but disadvantage on the night traffic. Loud shuffling cars and noise from the street. The dishwasher was not emptied.
Apartment right in the center, parking right next to the apartment in the public parking lot which is but paid.

SwitzerlandThere is a mysterious source of a sewer system/ trash dumpster smell, on and off, near the second bedroom. The bathtub is clogged, and I told the management company, but I got the "handyman is on vacation" answer. I stayed there for seven nights, but nothing was fixed. While I understand that A/C may not be a standard feature in Switzerland, the lack of it in this property has led to uncomfortable living conditions due to stuffiness, especially in the summer. (plus the stinky smell) There was no clear direction on how to use laundry facilities, and I got the answer from the property management: " I don't know because no one has asked how to use laundry before."
The location is excellent, and public parking is nearby though costs 15 CHF per day They provide some fruit and water, which is nice and sweet

The host is very nice. We are arrived earlier than the said timing, she is so helpful to arrange her friend to get us within 1/2hrs. The apartment is clean & cosy. Location is very good, only 5 mins walk to the train & bus station. Eatery & shopping lane just next to it. She is so loving, even prepared fruits & wine to welcome us. Something feel bad is that I accidentally chip off one of the corner of the glass bowl. Wanted to pay her, but she just smiled & said is ok. Thank you so much for hosting us. Will come definitely come back if come to Buchs. Will share with friends too. God blessed, Rose

SwitzerlandMy sister-in-law and her family stayed here when they visited us from the UK. The apartment was perfect for them! They were very comfortable and loved being in the center of the city, walkable to everything. The apartment had everything they needed. For a family, it's a much more comfortable stay than at a hotel. They said they would stay here again the next time they come back to visit.

AustraliaThis is not so much directed towards our apartment alone, but a lot of apartments and hotels in this region has a climb in bathtub for shower rather than a standing shower. This can be tricky if you are travelling with elderly or have mobility issues. Hopefully hotels and service apartments in this region of Europe (we've recently travelled to Germany & Austria with the same issue) will eventually renovate/upgrade to standing showers and a tip for the host if she considers any future renovations.
The host was wonderful at organising someone to be available for my late check in, despite being very cold and on the verge of snowing at that late hour, and was also very kind to provide fruit, coffee and toiletries. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, and close to public transport facilities to tour nearby sites, like Liechtenstein. This apartment is also walking distance to several grocery stores and on a clear day, you will have amazing view of the surrounding mountains.
